I have three long-haired cats, which often results in a lot of cat fur in regular water bowls. After comparing options, I purchased this water dispenser. The installation was easy. The cats seem to really enjoy the flowing water feature. Recommend!

I have ordered the height adjustable desk but I did not receive the desktop.could someone please follow up with that?

Had an excellent experience with the customer service team at advwin. Lia went out of her way to get me a solution and assist me with the instructions manual which was missing from my order.

I ordered on the 11th and paid for postage of two fans. No updates on order so I emailed 4 days later. No reply. I rang- phone rings out- I smsd the number as it suggests- no reply. Wondered if Advwin is a scam. Do I have to roll up to the warehouse to substantiate my order? Dont mind waiting but please reply or give an update.

I received only HALF of my standing desk and couldn't get in touch with anyone. I have called about 18 times and left messages, emailed and a facebook message. No-one replied and I was desperate after reading other reviews that I was going to be stuck with half a desk for a week or so. LUCKILY it arrived the next day - I wasn't to know this was coming in 2 parts and the stress of not knowing wasn't great. Not being able to communicate with a person to find out was really frustrating - BUT i must admit the product itself is SO amazing! I am incredibly happy with everything BUT customer service. Please do something about this Advwin!

If there was option to give zero, i would definitly give them. Worst experience. Ordered an wireless vaccum, first it was delayed for almost a month and they were not able to track it. Instead of sending another one they make me wait for 20 days after the scheduled delivery date. And when received itnwas wrong item a corded one instead of cordless. Upon raising issue i was told that our staff mixed with the description of product and EDUCATED me that you should know that you cant the product you received in this price. Worrssttt

Very disappointed with the service I received from Advwin.

After having an issue with a previous purchase elsewhere for my son's gaming chair with ample lead time for Christmas, I found these guys.

I chose pick up as they were close to inlaws (so convienent when dropping kids off for care) and it saved the $25.00 delivery fee. I was told the day after I purchased it was ready for collection and to let them know when I would collect.

I also asked what the size of the box was so I could ensure what car to take etc and then when they replied that sent a reply about not finding the product and was now out of stock and can I collect next week.

Yes, that was fine but they still had not answered my question, also then copied and pasted something from another customers email and offered me an air diffuser as an apology!

I tried to call mobile on website multiple times - no answer and emailed them that.

Arranged to pick up again, then the night before (conveniently after biz hours) I had planned to collect the chair (second time) they said the chair was out of stock again.

No words, tried to call again first thing in morning - no success!

I believe this company takes peoples money and then sells stock as they receive it in or prioritise customers.

Don't sell a product or take peoples money if you don't have stock.

No communication, no organisation or customer service - I eventually got a refund but tempted to report this company as I am sure their procedures are not legal.
