Lawyers on Level 8 are very professional. However, do not let them transfer your file to lawyers in the monthly rental flexible workspace on Level 1 of 555 Bourke Street or to the Springvale office, these lawyers are horrible, unprofessional, abrasive, drag out your case and run up the bill.
If they try and transfer your file from level 8, leave the firm immediately.
3 Stars for Level 8 (would have been higher, but why they shift you off to the crappy lawyers was unprofessional and tacky). Ground Floor 555 Bourke Street, 1 Star.
