3 I have had an ongoing case with Adviceline Injury Lawyers for 5 years now. I have always found them to be incredibly supportive in what has been the most harrowing 5 years of a debilatating back injury.
Sharlene is very understanding and is a great lawyer. It is very hard to be patient with the process, but I believe I'm in the best hands.

If only you could do Negative
18 months into the grief and battle of a TAC claim, when you ask why nothing is happening and question them. You’re told to find a new lawyer.
You can get a response from Genna every time that starts the same.
You can watch her on TV from rehab. You gave no TV at home WTF (need very expensive aerial, no). You’re LAWYER should be getting you some
But if you dare ask what are they doing for you?
Why is there no movement?
Why do you have to be the one fighting TAC?
Then your out on your own
Don’t go here unless you’re a big $$ Bourke St Massacre family that will get them on the news and money in the bank.
This is NOT the place for humanity, understanding, compassion.
It is a business. If you’re are going to take time that won’t pay off.

On the week before you spend your birthday in hospital and after 18 MONTHS.
This is people’s lives, futures and what little hope they cling to. You’re not just a number.

Here is me thinking your lawyer fights for you.
Initial consult sounded promising. Friendly staff. Waited over 5 weeks for the next step. Heard nothing back. Sent 3 emails looking for a progress update. Didnt get a reply. Final phone call i rang and told them to cancel my claim so i can go to another law firm. They didn't seem bothered. Would have been easier just to tell me they couldnt help me instead of dragging it out for 6 weeks without contact and never returning calls or emails. Waste of time.
