Horrible place. Lawyers act nice one minute, and abrasive and rude the next minute. Ask you to spend hours gathering paperwork and then tell you they can't use any paper work you give them. Constantly providing conflicting advice from their earlier advice. Don't be fooled, some of the Springvale office moved to the "ground floor" (liquid offices) of 555 Bourke Street. The only decent lawyers are on Level 8. Do not let them transfer your file from Level 8 555 Bourke Street, to the Ground floor at 555 Bourke or to Springvale.
Do not go to this company, they are extremely unhelpful. You may get referred here but they are useless. They don't answer your calls and take to long to call back and they don't reach deadlines so they really can't help you when you need it, they
clearly don't take their clients seriously. It's really not worth your money and time. Good luck to any current and future client, you're going to need it.
