Nice store with good help, just disappointing that after you have just spent over $200 in their store that they won’t let you use their toilet

Great team and an amazing selection of items for camping, fishing, hunting and adventures. I have found this shop by random chance and it has been a great surprise.

I love this shop, the staff are all knowledgeable and helpful, the shop itself boasts a wide variety of products without being jammed in.
We are especially thankful to Nathan for firstly having personality unlike the staff in other like shops and also helping us transfer long arms from one family member to another. He was extremely helpful an made a difficult situation easy!

Worst “non” service ever
Went into store, requesting to buy inflatable mattress
The girl pointed to the back corner and said that’s where they are
We went to look, no pricing or information about the different mattresses
We decided to leave the store, only to see 3 yes 3 staff standing at the checkout, without any customers there.
Absolutely appalling
Will never ever return to this store AND
I WILL be telling everyone I know

Bec went out of her way to call me regarding my purchase of a baby Q duffle bag and a family q gas gauge to ensure I knew the gas gauge is not compatible with a baby q.

We have both of these Weber’s so Father’s Day crisis was averted, however I greatly appreciated that Bec noticed this and the timely manner in which Bec called.

Gas bottle refills available here, I paid $16 foe a 4kg bottle. The staff here are really friendly and know it's clear the workers are passionate about camping/adventure.

I called today and spoke to Bec and she was so helpful and organised delivery for the bbq I was after I was so happy with the service I received i also received a call a little while later as the total cost i happily paid turned out to be $20 cheaper so we now have a store credit i cannot recommend this store and their service highly enough will happily drive the 45m to this store for all of our needs

As a local farmer I usually shop here for firearms and ammunition when in Wangaratta. The staff are friendly, helpful and have loads of local knowledge. Prices for ammunition are very reasonable. They also have a large range of fishing gear and plenty of freshwater bait.

This store has a lot of unique and fun additions to try out and add excitement to your camping trip or to simply brighten ones family BBQ, an example of this was the packets of magic powder one can throw in to the camp fire and then with a fun wow suprise rainbow coloured flames become a feature in the fire!

Best place in town to get your fishing gear and people behind the counter who know what their talking about.
