Worst pharmacy in pakenham. Rude and nasty staff.

Went into this pharmacy a few weeks ago to have my I.d verified, went up to the pharmacist and the young lady was a rude cow, she kept reapting herself instead of just answering my questions, one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

I went to a different pharmacy and was treated with respect and my questions were answered.

Really bad experience. They are selling lower quality products. Ridiculous service and cheap products.

What a rude, unprofessional pharmacist standing in this pharmacy on 18/07/2022 at 4: 40 PM, I drove 10 minutes to this pharmacy, wasted my petrol (such expensive petrol) just to get Stat Dec signed. Instead of signing a single piece of paper he turned me away. I can understand if customers waiting, no body waiting, not a single customer at the desk. I’m Registered Nurse myself. This is not Australian way.

Great pharmacy with wonderful, knowledgeable staff, and an amazing range and variety that is competitively priced for a smaller chemist. Medical requirements have led to me becoming a frequent customer here which I am glad for as I feel this location is somewhat overlooked due to larger chains in the area but is worth the visit/change if you are local as a better overall experience is offered here over many of the competitors. Also has a lotto, which is a plus that many are not aware of.

Wonderful service they know your name and greet you with a smile. Always quick service and friendly

You would think at a pharmacy that the staff would wear their masks properly bit everytime I go in their I see at least one, but most of the time more than one staff member wearing their mask around their chin. This really frustrates me as sick people are going in and out of the pharmacy so it is more important for them to wear their masks properly

All of the reviews below saying the word "QUICK" are insane. This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to, and that includes Chemist Warehouse.

The fact that they prioritise bogans wanting to buy scratchies over people standing their holding medication is ridiculous.

The pharmacists are mostly friendly, but don't expect them to be even close to quick.

The store itself is laid out horribly, people have no idea where to queue to speak to a pharmacist, so you end up getting served after someone who you were before, because they're in the next aisle.

The staff here are always friendly and haven't been to a pharmacy as quick as these guys either

The pharmacists are lovely just don’t tame it personally when one of the customer service ladies in particular is rude and disrespectful I’m trying to tell myself it’s not me it’s her but she still ruined my day!

My patronage here, started with the previous owner. BUT she handed me AND my entire history over to Jason and Steven. Since then? I've been well looked after! I moved over to them making packs up for me - Monthly. This has eliminated the need for me to make up WEEKLY tab packs of my own.
There was no extra cost associated with this, and they call me 3 days prior to my monthly doctors appointment to let me know what I need.
It's brilliant! Most of the ladies down there know me by face, and name (Which also makes for that personalised experience) so all in all? 5 stars from me! Well done team!

So easy going Really nice people Jason and Steven and all the rest of the team are always so understanding and it has to be quickest chemist this side of Melbourne you make my week easier thanks lakeside advantage.

I went to this pharmacy as it was the closest from my doctor's, however that first visit made me into a regular customer, I don't bother with going anywhere else now! The staff are always friendly and ready to help you, and the chemists themselves always ask if you have any questions about your medications. Well done guys, this is what customer service is all about!

The staff and pharmacists here are so lovely and friendly and have all the time in the world for you. I have been going here for nearly ten years and wouldn't dream of changing. They get my med pack right every time and are very approachable. Awesome
