Really poor time mamagment

This is the second and the last time I will come here, they tell you 15 minutes and it ends up being an hours wait. The pharmacist works with little urgency and appears to display prefferential treatment favouring customers of the same ethnicity

Worst chemist, wait to long, only 1 pharmacist, ridiculous, won't be going back, if I could give 0 I would so 0000000

This is the worst chemist ever. I had to wait for 45minutes before they let me know they don’t have one of the medications on my prescription. No remorse, no apology. Some of the staffs were even laughing while i was voicing my concern. If you have an option, avoid this useless racial place.

Needed cold and flu medicine that is safe to use when breastfeeding, was told I needed to speak to the pharmacist, all good with that. Proceeded to wait for approx 45 mins and he refused to speak with me, even when I was the only person in the pharmacy. I left with our any medication, so thanks pharmacist

I have been coming to this pharmacy for a couple of years now and have always had an amazing experience from all the friendly staff and management.
Excellent customer service by all and always greet with a smile.
Helped me with all my scripts for my whole family and are reasonable priced, very happy customer here:)

Worst customer service took 40m to get my medicine. Most of the prices are high compare to any pharmacy.

I obtained a script for antidepressants and walked in to have it filled. When i went to check out they couldnt find a price. After much of to and fo and mucking around they got it. I paid and left, only to find that the script was missing from the bag! Had to wait until next day to pick up. Not even a phone call to say they had it and no apology for their mistake! Will never ever go back there again!

Wonderful service by this pharmacy with my vaccination. Much better and easier than my first dose at the government hubs. No waiting - appointment was on time. Thanks DCO Gladstone Park for doing this awesome service for our community!

Horror experience thanks to staff competence.

I’m sure this entity has covered themselves from an IP point of view, however their yellow, red and blue signage appear incredibly similar to another organisation.

Unfortunately my father thought this was another organisation due to the signage, layout and product price tags. It feels incredibly similar and very easy to be deceived. Of course the consumer should always cross their t’s and dot their i’s. It becomes concerning when you consider the demographic in Gladstone Park. Percentage of elderly and non English speaking backgrounds makes it easy for the ‘ignorant’ patient to walk into this store and feel that you are somewhere else - which has a completely different return policy.

I’m sure their return policy complied with ACL it’s just that it’s different from their competition. My father asked for a refund on some goods he purchased the day before. They were factory sealed and he presented the receipt to the person at the counter. She inspected the receipt and then opened the goods. My father tapped the credit card only to find out he was charged not only the original cost of the goods, but also an additional 12.5%! After picking up on this he asked the store person why she didn’t issue a refund and she said she got confused because she was talking to someone else. How on earth does someone seek 112.5% on top of the price already fully paid for something the following day? Strongly advise any patients visiting the store to be very diligent in any purchases. Make sure you are know exactly what the store person is doing behind the counter. If not you may pay 212.5% of the ticketed price. Unfortunately the second transaction is still showing as pending on the credit card.

Only after paying twice for the same goods did the woman say they don’t do refunds. Now we are out of pocket almost $150. Thanks!

We’ve passed on our experience to local family and some friends. They’ve all been thankful to mention there are many other options nearby. Thankfully we can conveniently get friendly and polite service, advice and better price elsewhere.

Great help from the pharmacist on duty. They explained things about my tablets my previous pharmacy didn't. Will definately be back!

I've been a customer of Chemist Warehouse for a number of years however, I recently popped into this chemist in the shopping Centre. I was pleasantly surprised. This outlet has a wide range of products at very competitive prices. Their gift range is awesome too. They have so many housewares that no other store in the centre has. Couldn't help myself spending so much! I'll definately be back!

For many years I have had nothing but top quality service at DCO Gladstone Park! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. I admire all of them for their hard work and resilience during COVID. They all go above and beyond to assist you with whatever you need. Also I am loving the new electronic script system which has made it super easy for me whenever I need a script filled.

Great chemist with professional and caring staff. Hala is a wonderful pharmacist who genuinely cares about her customers. Could not Reccomendation them more highly.

You cant still be using Covid19 as an excuse for not being able to sign a statutory declaration. Especially if you aren't busy.

Thanks guys for helping me out. I drove 30 minutes as no one else the medication my mum needed. Pharmacist was extremely helpful. Prices were really good as well. Now I know where to come.

Met a girl named Natasha she was very nice and understanding with what i needed very helpful person:)
