4Steve is the best PT ever, very professional and encouraging. I joined when I was living nearby but still coming back after I moved, never been that motivated before! The group class is so fun and everyone is very friendly. I was having a sore back and just generally unfit when I started. After 1 year training with Steve I feel so much different now, the sore back has gone and my endurance has improved so much. One of the best decisions!

Such an amazing place to train, if you live near here do yourself a favour and do some classes at Advantage, Steve will kick your ass into shape! I used this gym before I went on tour with a production show in the US and I got pretty dam ripped for my role.highly recommend!
