15 Got referred by my local mechanic.
They did the oil top up straight away into transmission. Check our auto transmission for leeks and gave me confidence everything was Aok.
Didn’t even charge. Nicest guys to chat with and have a network of garages around them for good referrals.
2nd car I've had Advanced do. Can't fault them. Found a fault with my car that was unrelated to a transmission install and fixed it. These are my go to for all transmission needs! Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Had a transmission built from Ray requested somthing capable behind a 295-300kw car payed almost 6000$
Transmission lasted barly 8 months/11,000ks
Warranty was 12 months or 20,000ks refused to warranty cause I had engine work done highly recommend not using this company if u are after good work also shocking customer service

A friend got his trans done and has only put 11000ks on it and the bans have fail and won't warranty it because he had a tune done last week
Zero stars for a bad experience. I took my car to Ray after my car was having transmission problems and was told he would diagnose the issue. There was no communication from him again. Gave him benefit of the doubt assuming he was busy and rang after 6 days to ask what was happening. Rudely told he would call back that afternoon but he never did. When my parter rang another 2 days later he was told they were looking at putting in a
Reco transmission and would cost approximately $7000 but dont believe they even looked at the at the car to see if could be repaired. Big waste of time and possibly dodgy as well
Ray was dishonest and inconsistent throughout. I had a 3rd gear issue, transmission was replaced with second hand one. I pick up car after almost 4 weeks, drive 200m and exact same 3rd gear issue. (Ray then test drives the car with me and agrees 3rd gear was still crunching). Could not provide any proof transmission was replaced, (would not show me a receipt from wreckers for the transmission). I am $1900 poorer with no fix. Ray will not respond to request for refund or fix in writing. Emails and sms's sent are ignored. First bad review I've ever had to make.

DO NOT USE THEM, absolutely horrible service. I had my car back 5 times with them and each time they either broke something new or failed to fix the gearbox after I payed $6000.
I then had in writing from the owner if he could not fix the gearbox a 6th time he would refund me $2000. Sure enough they could not fix it and he would not refund me a cent. Between the constant LIES and inability to fix a lawnmower let alone an automatic transmission, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
They let the apprentice drive my V8 ss commodore and he crashed it through a fence. Then they were replacing the damaged parts on the xar when i walked in to see how my car was going.they still hadn't told me that it even happened. They weren't sorry at all and not even a discount on the repair it was there for. In fact, when it was time to pay for the repair, the owner even asked me if i could pay some money for the new pin stripeing they had to put on, because the old stuff was a bit worn. WHAT A JOKE I recommend nobody takes their car here.
