We have recently had our entire roof repaired, and Robert was fantastic to deal with. We had some damage to our old roof, but he was able to source tiles to replace all that where damaged, re-point the entire roof and finish it all off with a new coat of paint. The outcome was fantastic. He also was able to secure several spare tiles for "anything in the future". The roof has been a great outcome, and we have already recommended him to our neighbors who have commented on how good the roof has come up. A follow up call several months down the track to remove a vent and a fix a couple of tiles was also accommodated. I honestly would recommend Rob and ARC to anyone thinking about rejuvenating their roof. If you are thinking about it dont hesitate, you will get a great result with Robert and his team.

I had a full roof repair done on an old 1970's tiled roof.
Robert is an incredible tradesperson, the kind that barely exists anymore. He truly cares about his craft, and the quality of his workmanship is absolutely impeccable.
He uses the best quality products and yet has very competitive pricing. Because he's an owner-operator, it's in his interests to do the best work every time.
At one point he modestly mentioned that other roofing companies subcontract him when they have a big job needing high quality work.
Robert worked against the clock and came back on the weekend to complete the work because the next week would be raining.
I couldn't fault his attention to detail nor his communication or punctuality. The work is excellent. Hire him! He's the best.

I cannot recommend Robert highly enough! Everything he promised, he delivered - when he said he would. The inspection, quote and work were timely (which was very important in my case). He had to source old tiles, reshape gutters and repair some of the internal roof structure. (I am still showing friends photos of his amazing clean up job!) The repair is great! I am so very happy I chose Advanced Roof Care. Robert's customer service and work were exemplary. I wouldn't choose anyone else now.
