High standard customer service and products. I havent treated my skin for a whole year and I have the right assessment and treatment for it. Australian made products free of alcohol and that perfectly suit my sensitive skin. Lena is so caring and highly experienced. I really appreciate the team’s help.

I love my Advanced Natural products! I have used the Calming Cleanser and Calming Moisturiser for the last 15 years. My rosacea has reduced markedly, the redness reduced and my skin feels clean and non greasy. Cleanser is so easy to use in the shower. A little bit goes a long way too, so economical in the long term. I haven’t had the pleasure of attending the salon as I live in northern NSW, but online ordering is really easy to do and products supplied quickly. Thanks Advanced Natural, keep up the great quality!

I have been getting my face done at The Advanced Natural Beauty Salon in Moonee Ponds for a few years now. It is very clean, gorgeous salon. Friendly welcoming staff who make you feel comfortable and provide all information about the treatments.
My favourite beautician Lena is very professional, friendly with big experience specials. Every time Lena done an amazing job on my face!

I have had many facials, but this place by far is the BEST.the girls were great, Maysa was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing. I walked out feeling rejuvenated and so relaxed. Highly recommended.

I had the 'Pick me up' package today and my therapist (Bernadett) was simply amazing! I've been looking for someone that I feel comfortable with that is knowledgeable and can help me look after my skin as best possible. This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes I have had the best wax job I have ever seen while other times it has not been so impressive. The staff seem to change a lot. Overall a so so place but it is close so I still go there till I find another recommendation.

Olivia is very professional and polite. I went there for a IPL consultation. She was very knowledgeable and told me that my skin colour is not appropriate for their laser machine as it might burn my skin. Concern for the client.

I booked a wax for my back and shoulders and everything has been great! Usually after the treatment the involved part suffers an irritation (delicate skin), well this time it didn't happen thanks also to the professionalism of the staff especially of Martina that I meet for the first time (I hope not the last) but who has done a great job. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing. The therapist was nice enough but the whole facial was rushed and slapdash. I paid for 1 hour but only got 45 minutes - 15 minutes of a quick and careless cleanse and massage and then a mask for 30 minutes.

Sidoni and Sarah are absolute gems and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. Sidoni greeted with a beautiful, friendly smile and made sure to book me in despite the short notice. Thank you so much Sidoni, I really needed a trreat after having a stressful day yesterday.

I had the most amaaaaaazing spa pedicure with Sarah, who ensured I was comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend the Ultimate, Indulgent Pedi Spa treatment, which left me feeling revived and relaxed for the rest of the day.

If staphylococcus infections are your thing, then I recommend this salon unreservedly.

What should have been a simple wax has been quite the ordeal, made worse by management not wanting to take responsibility when being alerted and suggesting I took too long to contact them about it (less than 4 weeks), interrogating me and demanding photos of my condition via email. You know, like I keep photos of my nether regions for distribution on request!

It takes time to be diagnosed, two doctors visits in fact and a crazy busy work/parenting schedule. When my diagnosis was confirmed, I called the salon as a courtesy and the manager was not receptive. My health is my priority and I refuse to provide my medical records to prove my condition to this salon. They failed me and will continue to fail others with this attitude.

The fact remains that I have staph as a result of my waxing treatment.

I will not be returning to this salon, and I certainly would not recommend them.
