Morgan was responsive to all my queries and organising of appointments, as well as being flexible to working on a solution with my builder when something unexpected came up during the building process. Last week I had an issue with my alarm, that was installed by Advanced Living many years ago. I spoke to Daniel, and he was able to run me through the instructions to get the system running 100% again! Great service.

Advanced Living Solutions installed a full security system and AV equipment in our new home. From their initial site visit and quote stage, and right through the installation and set up, the service was brilliant, and the process seamless. They provided great advice on products suited to our family's needs and house design, and alternative options to suit our budget, they were punctual and efficient, the communication was prompt and friendly at all times, and they took the time to ensure the systems were set up and ready to go at the push of a button (and most importantly that we understood how to use them!) After-market follow up and service has also been terrific. Big thanks to the team at ALS, we highly recommend.

Driver is an idiot, speeding, tailgating, chopping through lanes with no indicator and then put the finger up at me for not letting him change lanes even though he had no indicator so I didn’t know he was changing lanes.

This morning had an installation of a ducted vacuum system in the Knox Shire and complete hand over with one of the staff, Kalvin. Friendly, efficient and had the job done at a high standard, leaving me well-informed of proper operations of the system.

Knew they had faulty goods, did not offer to replace these goods. Twice said they sent a small hook for me to remove these grills and guess what, they never arrived. And then basically told me they had gone above beyond to help me.
