I have ongoing issue tried now many times to send email fellowed up by phone calls no one got back to me been almost one month without no response.
I'm extremely unhappy.
I expected a bit more communications.

I have had the best experience in dealing with Advance Strata. They were appointed as our building's new body corporate management a few months ago and made an immediate impact. They were proactive in all communications, dealt with and resolved long standing issues, and addressed maintenance issues straight away. They did not wait for owners to inform them of issues, but proactively sought our feedback on any issues. Emma, our property manager, is a pleasure to deal with. Any questions I had she clarified and responded promptly. Any building would be lucky to have them appointed as their body corporate management. Professional, proactive, accountable and responsive!

Thought I lost all hope in owner’s corps but I must say so far advance strata have been the best to deal with. Keep up the amazing work!

This organisation is outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and exemplary in their ethics and capability. They stepped in to take over our OCM after we had another OCM resign with 3 days notice. They managed to onboard our OC within 3 days which is extraordinary. They sorted out a lot of issues pretty quickly and professionally. They volunteered an insurance commission back to our bottom line. I'm extremely sorry to hear that they are no longer our OCM and must say, I don't know why but wish them well. Any client that has this company to look after them is lucky.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ronald and Earl at Advance Strata Consulting and i could quickly tell they knew their stuff. I was impressed with the level of detail and the lengths the duo would go to assist. If you're after body corporate management services, i couldn't recommend them enough!

I've found Ronald to be very personable, patient and approachable. He has a wealth of knowledge surrounding strata matters and takes his time to explain this during AGMs and when asked by owners. He's provided some excellent ideas to problems we've raised, and has gone the extra mile by providing some excellent contacts for tradies over the years. Overall Ronald and team have been great to deal with and have managed to strike a good balance between professionalism and personability. One area for improvement is the responsiveness. I've found that a follow-up tends to be necessary for a response in recent times.

However, given that Ronald has gone the extra mile in other areas I still rate them highly.

Ronald & Earl are fantastic Owners Corp managers to deal with. They are detailed, prompt and friendly. Good OC managers are hard to come by but I enjoy dealing with Ronald & Earl. Keep up the good work!
