Advance Healthcare Dandenong

Went once and not going again.
Felt very unwelcome, walked in and lady at reception couldn't even acknowledge me, not even a hi, or just a minute, I proceeded to sit and just wait for physio to come out. I was excited that tac offered to pay for my treatment so I turned up thinking it would be good. Wasn't a fan of the physio either, very new and didn't understand half of the injuries I already have. I have been to my own physio for years and decided that is where I'll stick to going. Don't recommend advance in Dandenong.

Thank you so much for all the staff in Advance Healthcare, they are very friendly and professional. My pain improved a lot since i started the program. And I am confident that i will recover.
The big advantage is something that they teach me also useful for my lifetime.
I strongly recommend people who needed to join their program.

I have been a patient of Advance Healthcare since May, and have recently started the 8 week pain management program.
From my initial appointment with Dr Pouya Hafezi, I knew that I had come to the right place. After 2 years of pain from a workplace injury, and countless doctors and specialists who were unable to help me, for the first time I felt understood and heard - and found relief from my pain. Every single member of the team has been wonderful and helped me tremendously.
I have great physios with both Shane Pritchard and Ishwari Walker, who have helped me break through the cycle of limiting my movement (due to fear of pain). I have made so much progress and the way they not only teach, but hold me accountable has done wonders.
Another incredible member of the team is psychologist Charles Ruddock. I can not effectively summarise just how much his guidance, advice and tools have helped not only with understanding and coming to terms with my pain and injury, but in life in general. I genuinely look forward to my weekly appointments.
I would not be where I am right now in my pain/injury journey without Advance Healthcare. The difference they are making to my life is amazing and I will be forever grateful.
I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone, and would suggest that even if you have not had a positive experience with pain management in the past to visit Advance Heathcare and give them a go. I was cynical in the beginning, but have really seen how effective genuine care and pain management programs can be.

This course helps give you the tools best suited to you, for the best outcome of your recovery.
Their guidance & patience really goes above & beyond.

Very thoroughly researched program put together that actually helps, as long as you follow it. I had physio Lachie and he is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and professional, the best physio I have had in 16yrs. Luke also was a star at what he does and just fun to be around. The psychs are all great at what they do and very knowledgeable.
Overall a busy but great rewarding experience that has helped me with my physical chronic pain and has set me up for a happy, healthy successful future.

This was my first time of participating pain management program at Advanced Healthcare Dandenong.
From the beginning I experienced very friendly atmosphere and well organised training for my chronic back pain.
I am not hesitating to introduce this place for pain management program where they have got devoted professionals.

All of the staff at Advance Health Care are friendly and compassionate while maintaining a very professional level of customer service and care. The pain management program is amazing, it has improved my quality of life so much and I have learnt that I can live a (mostly) normal life despite the pain. A special shout out must go to Physiotherapist Campbell Hogan, as he is brilliant, understanding, motivational and flexible with the entire program. Thanks so much to the team, I would highly recommended this program to anyone needs it.

Honestly i don't know what I would have done without these guys! I was in constant chronic pain and struggled to walk. I participated in their pain program and am now able to look for work, actually walk for 25 minutes without any aids. I have learnt so much and can't wait to see how much I can accomplish now with all the knowledge I have gained.

My physiotherapist Campbell Hogan is very caring and supportive of my treatment requirements. I am glad that I am in safe hands on my way to a full recovery.

I can not thank the staff at Advance Healthcare enough! They have helped me understand my chronic pain and how to deal with it from all aspects, from Physiotherapy, psychology, psychiatry and help from a pain specialists. It has truly been an easy experience and they have provided me with so much knowledge to better my life living with chronic pain.

Pathetic. The lady Suzanne couldn't even be bothered to turn up on time 2 weeks in a row and I was the first patient of the day on both occasions. Then when she did show up she was unprepared and useless at best. Don't waste your time or money

I started seeing a new psychologist recently at Advanced Healthcare Dandenong. I had seen two other psychologists elsewhere prior to this one and just didn't find a connection, and after several appointments made little progress. I have had a great experience with Joanna. She is an excellent listener and is very compassionate. Joanna has given me renewed faith in psychology. We are making good progress. I really look forward to our appointments.
