Advance Healthcare Boronia

Cannot recommend any of the practitioners at Advance Boronia highly enough. I have been lucky enough to meet most of the physios there now following first a workplace accident to my back, then a car accident causing injury to my neck and arm, and you really get the best of advice and care. I trust them enough to even bring my teenagers along now for sports injury care.

Luke, Scott B, Lin and Charlotte are all incredible with what they do. They lay down realistic expectations for you and help you carry it out. For you to get the most out of this, you really need to put in your end, and I've found following their evidence-based advice honestly WORKS. Lin is also accredited to administer dry needling if that's something you want to try (I love it, and find it helps so much).
Likewise, having onsite psychology and pain physicians has been tremendously helpful in avoiding too much travelling around when driving or ambulation early in the piece is too much. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

My experience at Advance Healthcare Boronia was very positive. All the staff were very nurturing and well-equipped to help me through a difficult moment in my life. Thank you dearly everyone for holding me.

Could be more helpful to stop clumping all clients as same conditions with traditional exercise and lack of proper support for specific group muscles group on cervical and lumbar. Simply a clinic that stuffed you into a 12 weeks programs and let you wait for months to get into it and ended not working just discharged you and forced you to refer back to alternate options. Not a good choice. Very outdated approach and equipments. Need more proper revision and updates on how hormones works differently in each body group and ethnics. General data won't worked on every single client. So call mind manipulative approach in the first 8 weeks is by gp and physio team very " mind troubling" and not helpful in resolving patient exacts needs. Please update your approach and stop wasting patient precious time.

Aidan is great for Physio. I've been going on & off for several years and staff are courteous and helpful. Parking at Eastern Health can be problematic though.

I cannot recommend Advance Healthcare Boronia highly enough. I have come a long way since my MVA last year. Scott (Physio), Adrian (Phycologist), Rosie and Anu (Reception staff), Dr Saleem (Pain specialist) and Luke (Physio) gave me the confidence to be able to live life again.
After my MVA I was in a very bad place mentally, emotionally and physically. I was ready to give up but rehab completely changed my mindset and I am a lot happier in life. I now have the skills to deal with the bad days and these skills will stick with me for the rest of my life.

My only regret is that I didn’t start the program sooner, directly after the accident.

What I like about Advance is the practice is very personal and I felt my program was tailored to my issues and staff completely understood my frustration when flair ups occur and the disheartening feeling you have dealing with pain and brain fog.

Staff understood my family situation and always tried their best to accomodate me with suitable appointment times.

I cannot thank you guys enough!

When you go to Advance Health you must go with an open mind and listen to the staff and try all what they recommend and ask questions. I did this and they assisted me with my bad pain and i learnt how to mange it without having strong pain relief now for more than six months.or more. I would recommend the treatment plans they advise to all

I’ve had foot pain and back pain on separate occasions and have been treated effectively each time. I haven’t felt like they are trying to get me in for repeat visits like other practices I’ve been to. It’s refreshing to get honest advice and effective treatment from good people.

Have seen Aidan for various issues including diagnosis and post op treatment for a ruptured achilles and the service was friendly, informative and helped me get back on track from my injuries. Have been back for several other issues and always got helpful advice to deal with issues. Highly recommend.

I've had a complex chronic jaw issue for about a year now. Scott has been fantastic at helping me through this problem and I am now managing it very well! I hardly have any jaw pain now. The receptionist is lovely too. Very much recommend these guys.

Dislocated my sternum playing football and ended up with a plate in my chest. Had plenty of physio at advance healthcare and they were great. Friendly, diligent and got me back on the footy field.

Aidan has been very helpful in treating any of my sports related injuries over the years. I would definitely recommend Aidan to anyone with hip issues.

Tried to book into to Physio following a total knee replacement as an outpatient. Rang the advertised number was told to ring a different number who gave me a further number which no-one answered. After speaking with Janine who gave me Anu's number who then said I need to call another number who then transferred me to Anu, I just gave up! Totally disorganised, arrogant and uncaring. Gone elsewhere.

Excellent service from practitioners with a wealth of knowledge. I've seen Aidan and highly recommend his professionalism and tailored treatment approach.

Felt comfortable from the moment I got there and they worked through my problem holistically not just dealing with the symptom and doing so with some forward thinking. The recovery plan was built with a long term view and not just a quick fix and I was consulted/included on all aspects of how that should play out!
