Joey was fantastic, fast, quality and great to deal with on a Saturday afternoon. We're so grateful to him and Avanvanced Glass.

Advanced Glass sent Joey to do an emergency replacement of a broken bedroom window. It was a Saturday afternoon and everything was fixed very quickly. Joey did a fabulous job and was very pleasant to deal with.

The office manager Lucy was extremely lovely and very helpful however the guy who came out to repair the window obviously could not care less about his quality of work which was extremely disappointing. He left glass shards scattered both inside and outside and did one of the worst silicone jobs we have ever seen. When we called the office to let them know, he originally lied and said he couldn’t have cleaned because he never came inside… he obviously didn’t see the ring cameras we have. They took 50$ off our cost which was nice but we wanted to share for other people who may not be aware of what is acceptable work, disappointing for the company that their tradesman is giving them and the trades a bad name for terrible work.

Our retail store in Collins Street Melbourne was broken into Friday night and I called Advanced Glass first thing Saturday morning and the shopfront glazing was fixed within hours. Very professional and prompt, with fantastic customer service. Thanks everyone at Advanced Glass!

Advance Glass were efficient, courteous & professional. Called them out around midday to repair a smashed glass door and it was replaced, cleaned up & working perfectly within 3 hrs. Our shop front widow was vandalized in the middle of the night; the premise was not secure. The Mathew the night manager rang us back within 10 minutes of our call and a carpenter was on site in within 30 minutes to lockup the building up. The next morning the admin team checked if we were open so they could finalize the repairs. The account was sent to our landlord for processing by the insurer including all supporting photos. Great service thank you.

Sopke to Michael late Friday evening as we had smashed our Master Bedroom window, (2000mm x 800mm) he was very inforamtive and provided options and he understood the urgency and committed to getting it fixed the following morning and quoted a very reasoanble price (far less than the excess on my insurance policy!)

Barry arrived the next morning, polite, well presetned with excellent communcation. Took me through the job and got on with it without delay. Workmanship was of a very high quality and he left the jobsite clean and tidy.

Overall, Advance Glass were brilliant to deal with, professional, polite, informative, well presented and transparent in their dealing and workmanship.

Based on this experience i would not hesitate to use them again and would most certainly recommend them to others.

The guys that came out obviously did not want to be there, did not put down any drop sheets and when my living room window broke, glass went all over my living room and garden I was told cleaning was not part of the job. Nor did they check if I had a pet or children before leaving my gates wide open. Rude dismissive attitude when I asked them to put down drop sheets to catch broken glass (I have plenty of drop sheets, if they don't have them, I would have provided them to avoid the risk of glass on the floor). Most of the time they were there, they were on their phones complaining about how long the job was taking.

I felt uncomfortable the entire time they were there and am having doubts about the quality of work they did. They were huffy that I had the gall to look at the completed work before paying for the work. I wish I had sent them off before they got too far into the job and not let them finish the work. I felt uncomfortable the entire time they were there and even now worry about the quality of work.

In their defense, I did get a small discount on the job.

If you decide to have this company do any work at your place. Robyn is lovely, but take care with the guys they send out because they just don't care.

Booking and quote was easy enough, although $40 dearer than the competitor. Reduced the cost by $30 and offered same day repair when asked.

Come booked time frame and no one showed up. No phone call or communication. At the end of the allocated time slot I called to ask where they were, reception took a message and I got a call half hour later saying they'll be late and arrive between 3pm to 330pm. I asked them to come at 350pm as I needed to step out for school pick up. They refused and said they'd be unable to come on the day after all, and that they could rebook for the following day.

I cancelled the booking as I wanted reliability and some common courtesy. It may have been a private window repair but every customer should matter, not just big businesses.

I don't recommend them, mediocre customer service and ripped us off. The repairer increased the cost of our window repair by $175 upon arrival, and rushed the job in half an hour. Glass and sealants left everywhere when he left. We later realised he hadn't sealed the window in properly on a few sides so had to call the office the next day. The officer said she'd call us back in half an hour and never did. Then we had to call again the next day and the repairer came out 4 days later to finish the job. Definitely don't book them!

Amazing! I searched and called and texted but these professionals fixed our cracked mirrored bedside tables in 48 hours and charged me less than what others were ridiculously quoting.
Give them a try for any mirror/glass needs.

I would like to give this a fair review.

Firstly the guy who installed the new glass for our window was very nice. And did a good job with the install. The silicon could have been cleaner, but otherwise fine.

However here are a few things to consider.

We were originally quoted to replace an existing window that we cracked, on bottom floor, with steel frame, size provided.
On inspection the quote went up by $70-$100 due to the windows frame (which after looking back at the quote we stated) there being a roller shutter over a portion of the window (this is fair) but also because of the window being high up.
Now it is just a standard window on a house.
So looking back at the quote it has a clause "no height works for installation" which would put basically every window on a house as a height work.even if it needs a 3 step ladder to reach the top. Like ours.
Doesn't matter that it's a ground floor window.
Which I find a bit misleading, since you know you are quoting for at least the stands of windows.
We ended up paying an extra $70.
Which maybe was reasonable because of the roller shutter.but I don't know because of the other two reasons the price was more.

One other thing that I really wasn't impressed with was to find a bunch of glass shards over my back yard. And some in the house.
Meaning no drop sheet was used and I spend hours looking for glass in the grass as we have a dog.
That's the really annoying part as it's not safe.

So the work done was find.
But I don't think I would use them again.

In 3 locations where I have had my business dispite multiple times contact asking not to leave their business details on my windows. It’s un professional to stick stickers on people’s shop fronts. Even if I need a window I wouldn’t use these people. Act more professional especially after I’ve called you twice to tell you not to do this. I found another sticker on my window this week. Oozes desperation for business

Plastered my front window with stickers on glass. Super dodgy practice and a good reason not to use or support this business. Sounds like my experience is the same as other customers so I guess this is a warning to everyone.
