I was originally very sceptical and uncomfortable about attending counselling however from the very first session, Adrian’s friendly demeanour and professionalism put me instantly at ease. He has a remarkable ability to encourage deep self-reflection, helping challenge and change thoughts and behaviours in a meaningful way. Adrian is absolutely fantastic. He has helped me through a very difficult break up where I experienced family violence and has helped me understand myself and why I respond to situations the way I do.
