Admurraya House Bed & Breakfast

As travellers to Rutherglen for 25years, we’ve just discovered Admurraya which suits our now grown family. It is beautiful! Such pride and attention to detail in the rooms and kitchen and the garden was so lovely to sprawl in in the evening warmth. A short walk to Main Street also. We’ll look to stay longer next time!

This was our 9th year staying at Admurraya House. We keep coming back due to the location - quiet and an easy walk to the main street. Well appointed, everything you need has been anticipated and provided. Always exceptionally clean, with beautiful gardens, the house is just really comfortable. Also, Dawn is an awesome host!

Great location, clean and comfortable. My son and I woke to fresh bread for toast & vegemite, the breakfast of champions, and excellent coffee to start the day? The garden was gorgeous… really amazing, and of course the birdsong was impressive in this area. We would certainly stay here again.

A cut above the usual Airbnb. Everything at this place was just right, beautifully thought out. Comfortable, clean and close to the Main Street. Gorgeous garden. Highly recommended. Good communication. Perfect for any number between one and four.

Lovely home very close to town centre. Very quiet location. House was spotless & had everything we needed. Dawn was fabulous & even turned the heater on before we arrived. She also contacted me after we checked out to advise i had left my airpods at the house.

Cosy, unique and comfortable accommodation with all the amenities we needed. Close enough to walk into Rutherglen and enjoy the wonderful food and wine.

We loved our stay very clean well located in Rutherglen, walking distance to shops, food and coffee, we all loved the gardens, i would recommend any one to stay.

This is a little gem of a place to stay in Rutherglen. Two well furnished bedrooms, lovely living areas and facilities.
The owners have excelled in panty and refrigerator provisions and there is nothing more for you to want.
We only stayed for two nights but could have easily settled in for the week.
A beautiful large garden and a very well maintained property.

Admurraya House is kept and presented immaculately. All amenities are beautifully clean and easy to find. The pantry and fridge are also well stocked as per the description on the website.

Excellent accomodation close to the centre of town. All the facilities that you need to make a relaxing weekend. Fabulous garden.

My wife and I stayed at this very comfortable, clean, and well appointed house for one week. The owner, Dawn, and her son were most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The property is a true home away from home and is ideally located to visit wineries or play golf. Heartily recommend.

The best part for me was the bed.mattress & pillows excellent. Anything you wanted was just there where you expected it to be.

Dawn's place is a renovated, 2 br house within easy walking distance of all of the shops in Rutherglen. The garden is absolutely spectacular and includes a great outdoor eating area. Everything that you could possibly want is provided. Including lots of breakfast items and up to date tourist information.

A most enjoyable stay, very comfortable for two couples. I would recommend it to others visiting the Rutherglen wineries.

This house was an amazing stopover driving from Sydney to Melbourne and had nothing but excellent communication from Dawn. Could not believe value for money either for a property kept in mint condition and retaining that lovely country vibe with the rest of the town. Peered out the window to an immaculate garden and was a lovely entrance too with greenery despite the heat. The air conditioning was refreshing and went throughout the whole property and the beds firm and soft for a great nights sleep. Plenty of food in the pantry and fridge - generous b&b. Chockies, fantales and minties bowls. The shower was great and even has an expandable makeup mirror with lots of room. Long driveway and awning to park car under to stay cool. Definitely coming back here again!

Sootlessly clean, easy to find and close to town and had absolutely everything you could possibly want. Very good vibe in the house also.
