Everything is fantastic about the place - location, service, cleanliness, rooms and parking!

Great place to stay in Rosebud. I was staying one night for work and the location was great. Easy walk to the shops and the jetty. The room was beautiful. Very modern, clean and comfortable, even included an electric blanket which worked quite well for the coldest week of the year so far! Nice desk and comfortable chair to get some work done. Neal was a great host. Good old fashioned customer Service! Neal walked me to the room and explained everything about the room and gave me some recommendations for dinner. I would definitely recommend staying here! Cant fault it.

Had a pleasant experience here.
Rooms were clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and came with electric blankets in the cold nights.

Neal and Tracey were lovely, very accommodating and understanding when I had to make a last minute postponement due to an unfortunate case of food poisoning!

Our host Neil was lovely
He greeted us and showed us to our room
The room was great it had new carpet put in that very morning!

Location is good we explored the local area all very nice

Awesome beautiful very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed shame it couldn't fit in my suitcase.

From the moment we checked in, Neal was a wonderful host. He was super friendly and always ready to answer any question we had, and gave wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and sites. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had an air of luxury to it. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleased I booked and stayed here… great room … looks recently refurbished… vey clean and tidy… and plenty of tea bags (a common gripe of mine) Neal showed me to my room and arranged a towel to go under my bike so I could take it into room… price was very good too.and a discount for arranging thro’ booking.com

Great prices & a lovely place. Neal warmly welcomed us, gave us some suggestions for a great dinner. The room was spotless, and the heater had been switched on prior to our arrival.

A great spot to stay if you're visiting Mornington Peninsula. Rosebud is a good base, as it's rarely half an hour from the main tourist Attractions. Plus Rosebud has a nice foreshore in summertime, and to get to the beach, you just have to cross one road. Service is great, room service is very good, and for the price you pay, you get good value. We'll be back again.

Great stay! The motel was very close by to shops and restaurants, great location. The room was spacious and the king bed was lovely. The room had all the amenities you could need. The shower was hot and the was pressure was amazing.
The only con is the lights are a little bit dim at night or if the curtains are closed.

From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with old fashioned hospitality. I felt welcome and comfortable straight away. The room was very clean, spacious and had all I needed. Shops were close and my upstairs room was quiet and convenient parking just below. Travelling for the last 2 months for work and a road trip, this would have to be the best place I have stayed. Even better than the Adelaide Hilton. I will be back with the wife for a weekend away soon. Thanks so much for bringing back the old fashioned hospitality experience.

Wow! Neil and Tracy at reception were so amazing, they are very nice and friendly, made our check in experience excellently. This place is in a fantastic location within walking distance to the beach and shop. The room was exactly as described even more clean, neat and tidy than the photo. Definitely worth to stay here.

Best motel on the peninsula, clean as rooms I've ever been in. Highly recommend staying here. Direct from the beach and 1km from cafes, restaurants and shopping centres.

One of Peak Hour Images preferred accommodation providers when working in the area. Rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. Air Conditioning has been upgraded to split system and carpet in rooms is new and luxurious underfoot. Excellent water pressure in the showers too!

Extremely friendly and professional owners (Tracy & Neil) ; spacious and clean room; convenient location to beach, shops & restaurants. We had a wonderful stay & will definitely return or recommend to our friends.

Our stay at the Admiral Motor Inn was highly comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are very clean and spacious.

The fridge was stocked with complimentary water and the air conditioning was more than suffice.

The bedding was clean and comfortable enough for the rate you pay. Not the most comfortable beds; however, still had a good night's sleep (hence 4 stars).

Close to the beach and many of the peninsula activities we had planned.
Will be back again, strongly recommend!

Great motel, with great service, clean and well maintained facilities. Shower had great water pressure. Would definitely stay there again.
