Gotta love outlet shopping. Bought the best NASA ultra boost shoes! Normally $260, picked them up for a bargain $105

I got a good deal on some sneakers, and was able to get one pair refunded (after trying them on again at home).

Poor management. Tried calling the store about a recent purchase and never once answered the phone and never tried to reach out. Do Not Recommend

Some staff were super helpful, but the 2 girls my partner and I spoke to just gave us very short, 3 word answers (I don't know, check the shelf) and walked off.

The advice I got for some shoes wasn't the best, and they're not really fit for the purpose I wanted them.

Also the lady at the register was really friendly but didn't give me a receipt.

Great place to shop your favourite sporting goods, revamped store and good sales! Covid precautions taken and followed as well.

Okay so, if you are a BOOST fan,
You have to check this place out.
I think I copped around 14 to 15 pairs on this one store alone. Luck was on my side when it came down to sizes.
They also have some offseason NMDs.
I also got hats and some bags to boot.
Will drop by again? YEs!

I’ve never seen such a rude and poor customer service for such a big brand outlet. Disorganized and unhelpful staff and manager (with iPad) he was rude, disrespectful and even he asked us whether we want to buying or not instead of helping customer to get what customer needs. Such a shame adidas DFO south Wharf.adidas should be shameful for letting them dressed adidas clothing on them. We’re totally disappointed and agitated experiences with customers service.

Actually didn't even want to give 1 star. Not satisfied with the customer service, not happy with my purchase and the staff rudely ignored my exchange complaint.

I am not one for reviews, however I had an issue with a pair of shoes i bought 3 months ago. The store manager assisted without hesitation. Thank you very much.

Called them to confirm the stock. Then waited for 30 mins.in their store - while they were working out where the runners are placed and unfortunately nobody could find the model. In my view completely disorganized buch with inability to run a proper stocktake, don't waste your time coming in.

Very poor service found a pair of sneakers locked together staff member wouldn't undo them said i had to try them on like that - they lost that sale and the pair i was going to buy i left them too bye bye $ 300

Good store here. Clothing here is good but the shoe selection is lacking. There are always special discounts here though.

Best shop at the DFO. Guys go check this store. Unbelievable discounts. Yeah you can buy a decent pair for like $50. Its half of half price. They do have appeal, men's, women's and kids wear. Usually crowded.

Disgusted by the customer service. Had to queue outside the DFO entrance for more than 30 minutes and when finally were infront of the store, the security/queue manager and his supervisor let 3 people get infront of us out of nowhere and at the same time instructed another lady that she needed to go and stand in line that was outside. When I asked why he did that, he replied its ok and not to bother. I asked for his name and he would not give it. He asked me to "Keep and Quiet if I wanted to stay in the queue". Utterly disgusted as this is in no way expected from such a big brand such as Adidas. It's a shame.

Look around for bargains.
Check pricing before you enter because you get caught up in the buying frenzy.

Amazing deals, great selection and friendly team. Can't wait to see what the new attire looks like in December.

I didn't look at the shoe selection but there were limited sizes for the clothing on sale and I've seen better discounts elsewhere.

Staff are friendly and items are good but it is too confusing to work out the 'special' price. End up going elsewhere
