I was served by Noah today, and I’m very impressed with his customer service skills and knowledge of products. I was able to purchase some sambas for my daughter and he helped me choose the right colour that she now loves! I also purchased some t-shirts for my son that Noah helped me choose. Will be returning again! Thanks Noah!

The service was extremely poor with zero customer service. The only friendly person was the doorkeeper. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff lacked any semblance of customer service skills. They treated us poorly, making us feel terrible. These individuals seemed to have no knowledge of sales or customer service.

My partner saw a clothing that was on a mannequin but not on the shelf. A guy (didn't get his name) was accomodating enough to check, get the size needed and explain the promo going on in-store. Personnel there gives you space to look around before offering their assistance which is the way I like it. End up buying as result of the service rendered.

Athena is such an asset to this company! She was legit the kindest and most down to earth person I have ever met who has served me in store. She was so beautiful inside and out and made the experience so enjoyable

Samuel your ASM is amazing. Is willing to help me out with a sizing issue with my sambas. Highly recommend his service and thank you once again. Samuel is MUCH nicer and considerate for the customers happiness unlike chadstone.

Worst experience for ever with unwell trained staffes i came here to ask the size of shoe which I want, the staff don’t even check the back just say they don’t have that size for me, then I check the shoe on the shelf that is the size I asked

Head office had neglected to tell their staff there would be a yeezy drop starting at 9am with customers waiting from outside. Even without the notice required from headquarters Christina was still able to help out and went through her customer recovery steps in a polite and professional manner. Great work

In Melbourne and is a standard Adidas store across the road from another Adidas store but this one is an "Adidas Originals" store. Not 100% on the difference.

Anyway staff are polite and helpful. Well laid out, lots of exclusives.

One star off as disappointed there are no Melbourne exclusive Adidas items like other city stores have. Bit disappointed as I usually like to get a unique item from each store I visit.

They do raffles for stock they don't have in hand. Making you wait for weeks on end to collect your reservation. Everything else might be great but management of raffles/customer satisfaction isn't one of them.

Went on Sunday 19/6/22 at the 40% Sale and got the most amazing service from 2 Adidas Superstars named Matt and Sam. Took the time to answer all my questions and serve me with a smile. Beats online any day

Disgusting customer service from Matt the store manager. I had a pair of Yeezy 450 Cinder that I had won a reservation for but due to work commitments, I couldn't make it in the time frame I was given to pay for and collect them. He didn't want to hold them for an additional hour and told me that if I wasn't there before 12pm to pick them up, he will release the pair to the public to buy them because it was company policy. What an absolute waste of my time entering the draw, finally being successful and then to be told I had to pick them up by by a certain time.

Today I went there the employees are so friendly and their service like 5-star hotel, I would say thank to Georgina for helping me a lot
