I went there 2 weeks ago to buy total black shoes and I found what I was looking for only in this shop! The 2 sellers on that day were so nice and helpful! And I came back with my friend 3 days after and get the same amazing service

The store closed earlier than scheduled. The staff is helpful but they have limited sizes available for most shoes.

No service at all! All staff just stand there chatting, even no greeting that we are only ones browsing it’s very rude!

Adam is such a rude guy with poor customer service skill. I bought a shoes, he gave me different sizes for the pair, and when returned them back he said okay, you tried different sizes and shoes might have mixed up. Would be nice if he was in less rush to close the store way sooner, and instead check the the shoe sizes before giving it to the customer!

Won a competition for AFL tickets and they stated that they would call me and email the tickets - Tickets were never received

Visited the store on Feb 18th and staff are outstanding. In particular Tom provided a superior service whilst helping me buy a pair of sneakers. Will def be returning.

Ultraboost is the lightest yet the most comfortable shoes ever. The staff at Emporiuum are super nice and helpful.

One of staff was so rude. I mean, I barely speak as I was so surprised by her behaviour.wow. I found her name in my receipt, Roisin. Hey, if you think if you are bothered to do your job and you have to show your annoyance to your customers, go get another job. So you don’t mess up with people’s feeling.

Nice setup and location, but letdown by customer service. Wouldn’t kill the staff to sometimes welcome the customers with a hello and smile. Store feels smaller than Chadstone and I think there’s only 3 change rooms. Even though all adidas originals stores are the same, the difference is the customer service and I tend to prefer shopping at Chaddy.

Very understaffed, especially on a launch day that is widely advertised and their store being the only Adidas branch to carry the new items. Had 3 people on, and one on the doors so really only 2 people to deal with shoppers eagerly trying to purchase items. The 2 ladies that were serving were so rude and snappy, after trying on a shoe size I asked to try on 2 other sizes/styles to which the blonde lady replied "you can only try on one" (?) perhaps due to security reasons, but could be better phrased (perhaps: "I'll let you try on one at a time"). Once the SAs saw me leaving feedback on their iPad system they suddenly turned cheery and were kinder. Other shoppers saw the rudeness of the staff and I overheard them complaining to one another about said staff. So incredibly disappointed by the lack of management coming from a global brand on a launch day that is perhaps the biggest collaboration with Adidas. Not worth your time visiting this store, check out the Chadstone branch instead.

I love me a bit of Adidas Originals and going into an actual Adidas store is always a treat.
This store was no exception. Helpful staff almost as passionate as about the brand (with three stripes) as I am.
No amount of "do you have THIS one in my size" bothered them, and my wife and I wandered off with a bag full of treats and a grin each.
Definitely recommend popping in if you love a classic trainer.

Great selection of classic Adidas kicks! Did not get was I was REALLY looking for: Adidas Dragon (blue stripes on red or white stripes on black) - hears they are not being made for the time being.

Though luckily fell on 2 Adidas Samba shoes (white stripes on black and black stripes on white). Yeah!

Helped me with a full outfit when it was quite busy that I needed for a party and helped other customers at the same time
