Horrible service by the manager. The staff admitted that the 40% of was deceiving in front of the manager and nothing was done. The manager did NOT want a bar of it when we questioned why it wasn’t 40% of the top. The store manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. It did not say anything about exclusions. Especially when the 40% was right above the jersey.

One word to describe my experience - Out of this world! The customer service displayed by the man who served me (I believe his name was Nick) was nothing short of exceptional, running in and out of the storeroom to find the perfect size, colour and model to match me and my vibrant personality!
I finalised my purchase with the store manager Harry who was marvellous and we even shared stories about our experiences on the high school debating team!
Adidas Highpoint you have gained my respect and my 5 star rating! I will definitely be returning in the future:)

Absolute amazing customer service by this young 6ft gentleman, running back and forth to get me the right size in the amazing new ultraboost light, kept apologising to him, but he did not seem to mind, said he was also a Messi fan.

Spoke to Jennifer today who helped me with picking up a pair of Ultra 4Ds! She was very helpful and attentive when shopping! Will be back to the store for the fantastic service!

Spoke to Adam today looking for runners for my husband for Fathers Day. The shoes were not in stock but he found them at DFO. Adam gave me the specific codes I was after. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADAM, thankyou.

We went in to the Adidas store today and Chris (Christian) who served us was extremely professional and helpful. I was very impressed with his style of salesmanship. Keep it up

Chris was awesome so friendly and attentive. Genuine lovely guy. The shopping centre was busy for EOFY sales. The Adidas store is big, clean organised with plenty of space to try shoes and even chill. Great range too.

My wife went to Adidas store in highpoint to exchange shoes she got there. She did not want a refund, she just want to exchange the size. She didnt have a receipt. Clearly the shoes belong there, it was apart of their inventory at one point. Anyways the female assistant manager working on 25/02/2022 was not professional at all. If another worker had to apologize to my wife many times because of your attitude, clearly you were doing something wrong. Please wake up and get it together. No customer should receive the service my wife got that day.

I love Adidas products but I really hate how they do things in Australia. I hope the person in charge of it sees this. I have had the worst customer service experience of Adidas in Australia.

I cannot believe how many rocks they sell here. The staff are all 'snatchers' from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Went there the other day to look at footwear. Was with the family and was browsing. No one came up to us to ask if we were looking for anything. I had to go and ask if they had trying socks as I saw a sign saying you need it in order to try. The staff said no so I started to walk off. Then they called me back to say oh actually it's on the chair. I proceeded to try on some slides and couldn't really find the size but again no staff offered assistance. They instead they stood around chatting to each other. Could have been a quick sale but decided to leave instead.

Well stocked store that provides good products and good service. The location of the store also makes it a easy shopping area while you can indulge in shopping at other outlets.

Not good if you want shoes. Very limited sizes available. Staff suggested I find the right size at a competitors store and then buy online to use the voucher I had.
Top sales advice.

I called in there to get a pair of shorts, There were 2 guys working there. They both were chatting to a girl, I was helped by one guy who was quite friendly, got my shorts, so I headed to the counter to pay, to not even get a hi, hello or anything, The guy behind the counter just said the price. I thought gee bit rude. I told the guy that 1st helped me how rude his co worker was. He said yeah that was his girlfriend and you kinda interrupted their conversation. The girlfriend didn't even work at the store. I finished off by saying, I won't be coming back to this store after how rude that guy was.
