I have been getting my hair coloured from this place for the last few years. This time, Harpreet has done a great job on my curly hair. I am very much impressed with my hair makeover.

I got colour done from Harpreet today so good and also the way she suggests and does her work is amazing keep up the good work!

Very long wait time even if you have been booked appoinment. I went there and was advised 20 mins wait so I booked an appoinment for later on the day. I had to wait for 45 mins before the hair dresser called me.

Awesome customer service and blowout and hairstyling by Manisha. She was excellent, and I will definitely return to this location!

Came there and got a haircut. I asked the lady to cut around half the length of my hair off, she asked me “is this good? ” And I said yes but she kept going that happen around 2-3 times before she stopped. After she nicked me I had blood down my ear and she used her finger to wipe it! Who knows how dirty her hands are after taking care of a lot customers. RISK of infection. When I came home I saw how uneven the haircut was.

This is my 2nd time going there.
1st time I got hair cut, hair styling, eyebrows and make up. Everything was fantastic! 2nd time had foils, dye, toner and cut. Love it! Would definitely recommend

I went in for a haircut. The lady who did it didn’t seem to know well how to do the style I wanted. She was also very “rough” with combing and attaching the clips - it was beyond uncomfortable. After the haircut as she was blowdrying my hair, she wasn’t paying attention that she nearly burnt my ear. Very disappointed.

Wasn't my usual hairdresser, I've asked for a simple blow wave. Wasn't happy with the results

I was a walk in for a wash, blow dry and trim. Maneesha saw me straight away and was superb. She took her time and was very attentive to my very thick hair. She also was able to fix a crooked haircut that I had received from another salon. Thank you Maneesha!

I went to this salon to get highlights and facial done. Service was superb, did not have to wait long. Really loved the deep cleansing facial done thoroughly and was very relaxing for me. Will do facial again from here. As for hair highlights loved it the outcome. Spent a long time here but was worth it. Will do treatment again here. Maybe a suggestion to have more magazines for customers:)

Waxing and lash extensions done. Layla was professional and quick, I absolutely love my lashes!

There is no where else I trust in South East Melbourne for getting mine and my daughter's eyebrows threaded. Sorry I always cry though lol.

Got a haircut. Service was horrendous. Had a 20min hair wash with water dripping all over my jacket then I sat in a chair waiting for a good 10-15mins another hairdresser to turn up from the shops to cut my hair. Only for me to sit there for 2 mins and get an absolutely awful cut. The hairdresser was pulling my curls in all directions and cutting wherever she pleased with no technique at all. She didn’t even cut all my hair, just bits and bobs around my head. My hair is different lengths everywhere and the ends are damaged from whatever they had cut my hair with. Then she goes to
Apply mousse on my hair and sprays the mousse all over me and my clothes. Never had such a bad experience before. Left crying straight after. They had me pay $45 which is relatively cheap for a cut, but it honestly was not worth it at all, I’d rather cut my hair myself. Considering getting a refund or some sort of compensation as I’ve never been so upset after a haircut ever. The staff themselves were lovely but I believe they have no professional etiquette or skills. They were busy arguing the whole time I was there waiting for another worker to turn up. I saw several customers come in for an appointment and then left cause they were sick of waiting for that worker to show up. Would not recommend at all.

Giving 4 stars for the lady that cut my hair (I dont know her name but she said she has 3 kids) she was chatty and made me feel very comfortable. She cut my hair very nicely
