They have great products but the staff while friendly, don't stretch themselves with the customer service and there are no samples available which isn't helpful.

Adbri show absolutely no customer care when they stuff up. The team is obviously busy to the point that they can’t deal with issues. I ordered coloured (ivory) bricks from them and was concerned about having excess bricks. I was advised by the team in writing over email that I could return full pallets without issue when I ordered. When I ended up with a single pallet leftover sitting in the driveway. I was told by a separate team that there were conditions to returning the products and in fact, coloured bricks cannot be returned. I’ve sent 5-6 emails asking for a bit of customer care, which included the sales person’s earlier email that I was able to return excess bricks - but all I get is “sorry, can’t help you” even though I’ve relied on their earlier representation. I feel ripped off as we’ve over-ordered based on the representation - might be good for the sales figures, but terrible for customers.

I have been told by the customer service team and the sales person that I need to organise my own disposal of 1.5 tonnes of bricks - this is inspite of them having trucks and forklifts sending/picking up orders around my area. I have no further use for these bricks and the only place I can send these bricks is the tip. So much for a environmentally conscious company.

Just seems like a super uncaring company without proper problem solving processes here. I will likely need to find a way to dispose of the bricks and subsequently find ways to be compensated. How frustrating when dealing with such a large company.

This company makes claims that it seeks to operate in an environmentally sustainable way that is not practiced. There is a gap between their claims and their practices.

Great experience working with Adbri from order to delivery! Very helpful throughout the entire order. Delivery driver even brought a couple of pallets of pavers up my very, very long driveway without question! Above and beyond well done

Versawall 400 x 200 x 215 - I wanted a retaining wall but lacked the skills to build it with normal blocks. They have a interlocking block designed so that mortar is not required it is very easy to erect and comes with one Bag of plastic chocks per full pallet (90) blocks. I got a discount for 6 pallets (90 blocks per pallet). They send them with an articulated forklift which can go almost anywhere on any site. Call them to arrange pickup of pallets when you finished with them. (they are designed to take 12mm deformed bar both across and up and down - If you place the up and down reo in the wrong place its a nightmare, if u place it in the correct place all blocks go on without need to bend the steel. They will take 16mm also BUT good luck bending that if u are not perfect in placing the uprights.) I suggest placing three or 4 rows of 4 bricks wide so u see where u can place the reo without needing to lift them over the steel or bend it)
