They don’t deliver what they say and use third party overseas companies for what they can’t do providing them your sensitive and confidential corporate information. Not honest or transparent. Lack integrity and corporate governance. We echo Peter Moore’s’ post; overpriced, threats, outsourcing to India without your consent or knowledge and using template platforms. Made a mess of our website. The response to Peter Moore is just as pathetic and one may need to question this given the defensive reply. Sadly there is no consumer protection for technology cowboys as verified by Microsoft.

Since joining Adaptify we have found them to be professional and attentive. Recently we launched our new website, and we have started to experience growth in various aspects of the business via our online presence and couldn't be happier. Thank you.

After trying to self manage my sites and SEO for over a year with foreign independent service providers, and spending far too much money in the process, I finally caved in and went to a developed and professional local all-in-one service provider. Adaptify tailored a package for my complete needs and this was definitely the best business choice I have made in regards to finally getting results, not having to follow up or manage a thing, and spending less than I originally was doing it myself.

This company is a scam, stay away from them do your research. They lost me over 650 emails then try to blame everyone else except themselves. The staff Joshua Trytell, Biljana Stephens, Daniel Sloan and supposedly there managing direct Rupesh Nichani do not reply to any emails or phone calls. They won’t give me access to my own admin passwords for my overpriced website that they made. Rupesh Nichani is trying to hold me to ransom as i want to move my website to a professional company but they won’t give the access unless i pay them in advance another 2 month of fees. Every time i call my account Manager Joshua Trytell he not there to take a call so it’s not a real business. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THAT CALLS THEMSELVES ADAPTIFY OR BELONG.

I've been with Adaptify for just over a year, and can't recommend Adam and his team enough. They have continued to deliver on promises, work very transparently and the web design is excellent. Thankful for the results to date.
