Adam's Chemist

Adam is a very helpful person, and the price at this chemist is very reasonable. Their willingness to help the clients is very much appreciated, and they have kind and friendly behaviour. I was about to take the wrong vaccine, but he helped identify and replace it with the right one. I don't have any words to express my gratitude.

Adam provides great personal service, knows his regulars well and is very knowledgeable. DO NOT expect him to open on time. It says 9am on the door but I have turned up after 10 multiple times and he hasn’t bothered to show up yet. Totally unreliable, but great customer service.

Unsure of who "served" me today, Adam or one of his workers or cousins. Regardless the person working behind the desk was pretty rude. He also decided he was above wearing a face mask where everyone else was.

Upon walking in, ol' mate behind the counter was apparently organising the purchase of a new cow. Yes a cow. He was talking on his mobile willy nilly on loud speaker, full volume, discussing breeding cows and purchasing a cow (apparently no work to be done during this time). That's all well and good in your own time, but not while you're at work and certainly not with in the store. He served another guy before myself and was continuously having the obnoxiously loud conversation about his cow purchasing activities - while "attempting" to serve him. Having to get the customer to repeat himself multiple time because the customer wasn't his primary focus, he was too busy thinking about what colour cow he'd purchase.

Bloke needs to learn some professional behaviour when customer facing, not on.

Excellent customer service. Explains in details how to take and when to take medication. His prices are extremely reasonable.
He is very professional and understanding.

This is a awareness post to my fellow residents. Please beware of what price you pay for your medicines at Adam's Chemist. The Staff Adam is so rude over the phone. I bought a prescribed medicine and he charged me $14.99 where as the same medicine is $6.50 in Chemist Warehouse and $9.95 in a Private Run Chemist. He said that I am paying the extra for convenience. When I said this is not correct he offered a $5.00 credit to be spent in the shop, to me he accepted he has overcharged by offering the credit. It's not about money its all about integrity and honesty. I will never recommend this chemist to anyone.

Good independent small business run by a knowledgeable, responsible and reliable pharmacist. Hopefully people think for themselves and support local businesses like this, otherwise we'll be left with only big, faceless, corporations like chemist warehouse that exist solely for the profit of their shareholders.

Adam is gentleman pharmacist.he is the best person who advice you before go to the doctor and about which doctor is d best to see.problem solving person.i admire specially around tarneit area visit once and you will be regular customer coz of great customer service responsibly and reasonable prices.thats all.

Adam & his brother are extremely helpful, not only they match the price with chemist warehouse but also provides you ample information about medicines. They are always there for any advice on medications, Moreover their lady staff is also very helpful. She went out of the way & called up my specialist for the alternative medicine coz the prescribe medicine was from overseas & it was not available in the country.
I highly recommend their services to each & every one.

These guys are big cheaters. Be careful. Dr prescribed one medicine but pharmacist gave me another brand without even asking me. Upon my enquiry pharmacist replied very rudely that actual brand was $4 expensive that's why I gave you the cheaper one. So I took the original one and paid $4 on top. When I came home, I checked chemist warehouse website for the price of original product. Which was even half of the price of what he charged me. Very disappointing. Be careful.

Very rude and condescending. Too worried about making a dollar than helping customers. Also way over priced compared to any other chemist. Just drive down the road to chemist warehouse, where it's much cheaper and greater variety

All the staff in the pharmacy are friendly, fantastic with service and promptly to get your medications for you, wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you.
