The obviously millennial telephone staff was talking through her nose and was barely understandable. She was also curt and rude. I don't appreciate the generalised mistrust of customers who have a platinum record of paying monthly accounts on time and in full. You need to pay upfront if you haven't ordered in a while.

Really good customer service! Was super easy to make an order and everything came on time. Very competitive prices too. Highly recommend!

Company was relatively quick to respond and gave helpful information about specific product query I had. Little unfortunate the molar band stock was out of their control with supplier.

We have been ordering with them since 2013, used to deliver very quickly but recently you need to call after 6 days and ask for ETA, but i really appreciate their follow up personally, by the marketing manager, and their qialuty and price are very competetive:)
