Adairs Uni Hill Outlet

There are signs saying Take a further 20% storewide all over the store, including right at the register. And only two out of about twenty say T&Cs apply. So when you get to the register and go to pay, full price items don’t get the additional discount. This is false advertising when majority signs clearly state a further 20% off Storewide and don’t mention T&Cs. Staff say it’s how head office have wanted them to put the signs up.

I shopped in your store today Saturday 22/1/2022 and was pleased with the professionalism of both team members on duty Michelle and Rachael.
So friendly and knowledgeable with stock.
So very helpful with colour matching and I definitely will return once I save more money to buy more.

I went to uni hill to get a tee shirt and I came out with a pair of stephen curry shoes and some under armour

My partner and I went in to this store on 5/12/19 to buy some pillowcases for both ourselves and my mum.
My mum is a ‘Linen Lover’ and as we were shopping for her, I provided her phone number to look up the details as I have done anytime I shop at Adair’s on her behalf.

We were served by a staff member named Samantha who told us due to privacy, she was not allowed to apply the Linen Lovers discount. Instead we were offered to sign up ourselves, pay the $20 and then we will get a $20 credit to use in the next 24hrs.

We opted to do this and removed the item we wanted to purchase for ourselves ($20 value) so we could redeem it the following day when our online voucher arrived. We paid for my mother’s items and left.

When we finally received the voucher, it states that in order to use the $20 we had to spend $50. We were not told about this and feel extremely taken advantage of so Samantha could meet her loyalty reward sign ups for the month!

I have rang this store and asked to hold some items for me, the lady said she will hold items for me and will ask to manager to call me to process the order next day.
I didn't receive the phone call next day, while I have been calling to the store and they never answered.
I finally could reach to the store and talked to the 'Manager', she said she sold the item to another customer and didn't know she had to call to me. She had very aggressive attitude, never willing to help customers.
I would not recommend this store to anyone, I love product from adairs, but avoid this store. So unpleasant experience.

I had a quick walk through but I found that the quality of towels and price isn't quite as good as another linen outlet just around the corner.

Last week I went to buy a pillow for my toddler. I asked the shop assistant, who didn’t greet me and ignored me the entire time I was in the store, if said pillow was a standard size and was assured that it was. She was WRONG and now I am stuck with a tiny pillow and no pillowcases. Please make sure that your staff know the products before making false claims to make sales.

The staff at Adairs University Hill store were extremely helpful to me just before closing time on Wednesday evening. To top it all off they found my watch on the floor on Thursday morning. Wonderful service. Thank you very much. Cheers Jan Baker

Woman working for this store is rude and not welcoming customer at all. Love the product of this brand, but not willing to purchase anything from this store.
