Fabulous customer service Friday 01.04 evening; lovely young lady with long hair helped us with bed sheet and quilt sets for my toddler. Went above and beyond to check stock and help us pick the right ones. Thank you!

Bought a pillow for my son and it smelled like chemicals really bad! Tried to air it out for 3 weeks, smell was still there. Returned it to the shop and of course it didn’t smell to the ladies at the counter. Received a call from the store manager and she wasn’t helpful at all! We found her to be quite rude actually. Won’t be shopping at Adairs again!
