I just wanted to thank Zac and Maree today for helping me out with some sheets and pillows. They were so kind, always smiling, patient and warm regardless of how busy the store was. I really appreciated you both and anyone who is to served by them is in great hands. Thanks again!

I had a lovely experience today.not only was there a lovely range of homewares so too was the service I received from all the staff, especially Kathy who was attentive and helpful. Well done ladies!

Pretty good selection of especially sheets and towels (provided you like the somewhat too pastel colour scheme of most products). Friendly staff.

I was there today and.the service was appalling I was told the item I wanted was not longer in stock however, I search the internet and I found it at another store I went back to the stores to place the order, that was my third visit to the store in less than 90 minutes. None of the sales assistants were friendly: (

Fabulous experience I received from staff at this store last week when I was looking for a kids dinosaur towel. Towel not in stock they offered to call their warehouse they had one delivery to the store was within 2days. Grandson's birthday on the 8th December. I was so thrilled with all this wonderful experience. Thank you and Merry Christmas.to you Adairs.

On both occasions when ringing the store for call and collect I have found the staff warming, knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. They happily spent the time to collate everything I needed, from running all over the store to find it, or if it wasn't there, finding a store that did.

I love the customer service I always receive at Adairs Richmond. The staff are always helpful and patient. I went to buy a doona cover and Caroline was amazing in selecting a colour that would suit my bedhead colour as well as selecting cushions that matched which I would not have thought of. She had a great eye for styling. Thanks for making my shopping experience so enjoyable.:) Sue

The customer service here is incredible. This is my go to Adairs store. It’s so large they have a huge range and the staff are really kind.

The staff here are amazing hardworking, and have a great eye for styling the products. Great soft furnishings like vases, cushions and wall hangings.
I really appreciated the service in choosing some colours to match my current decor and found the staff to be exceptional.

3 staff not helping anybody. They said theyd come back to us. Waited with no service. They then went to serve someone else before us. Absolute embarrassment. Go elsewhere, their range isn't even good

They said the membership was free and I'd get 5% off from it. They are being deceptive!

During the transaction they said the price which sounded off, so I doubled checked how much each item was and they said it added up right. They even pulled out a calculator. I finally gave up because I'm sick. When I got the bag I pulled out the reciept and it had an extra $20. I asked what it was and they started saying something about how it still shows the cost of what I would have payed before the membership. That was clearly wrong so I kept pushing and they finally said the membership was $20 but it was "free" because the 5% discount saved the price of the membership. Except it didn't.because I didn't spend $400.

This is clearly a scam they have been trained to do.

I’m a huge fan of Adairs and my home is full of theirs and Home Republics products. But my last visit to Richmond was disappointing indeed. I was not greeted at all by anyone nor asked if I needed assistance. I even did a lap of the store and nothing and it wasn’t even busy at the time. POOR FORM indeed and I doubt I’ll be going back. Good customer service is hard to find these days

The friendliness at the store was great. I didn't have to wait long to be served. The staff was knowledgeable, especially a salesperson named Jo.

First time visiting the Richmond store and it was amazingly big! Everything is really well laid out and I got greeted immediately by their staff. The staff were very helpful and was fast and efficient. Love their stuff there!
