6 Staff are lovely, the products on sale are cheap rags for the most part. Have purchased several donna covers, fitted sheets and euro pillow cases and honestly, on the whole, have been disappointed with all of them.
Buy an actual brand. Yes, it will cost you more but it’s the difference between having something that’s cheaply made and that you dislike that lasts maybe a few months and having something you love that lasts for years.
Adairs seriously need to review the quality of what they sell because their current range is shockingly poor - cheap voile backing that you could literally put your finger through is not appropriate for use in a doona cover, fitted sheets that bag and sag after one use is not appropriate.
Do better in your stock selection and quality control.
I, for one, will never return.
I was in the Malvern store a few months back. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. I was looking for some very specific thread count for my bedsheets & found exactly what I wanted. Plus, I signed up for "Linen Lovers" & got an immediate discount on top of the already reduced price.
Helpful staff staff member remembered my name good return service worth joining and receiving loyalty card only 20 dollars yearly bought a chair delivery took quite a few weeks and cost extra 50 dollars which was disappointing good sales
Taff (hope I'm spelling your name right) & Peta, you guya are absolute legends! Best customer service I've had by far. Adairs, keep them and treat them well because they are rare gems.
The lady with glasses was really rude. Check your CCTV system today and you will find out that she was terrible!
I've been in 3 adairs stores this week & in all 3 staff stood around talking to each other ignoring customers but this store was the worst. Several staff were out the back talking & giggling, eventually 1 came out. I wanted to exchange something & appreciate there may be issues due to hygiene (not OHS as they told me), & I needed to get HO approval. No suggestions as to how I could do this or any offer of assistance. Now need to get another product & it definitely won't be from here.
