67Have been dealing with Adacs for years. Lately the service has been appalling. Gates open by themselves. Keypads and remotes and their app does not work. They have been called, emailed and texted. Made several appointments for tech to come to fix. Appointments cancelled at last moment. Promises broken. Have been waiting for fix for over 6 weeks. Seems it is time for consumer affairs to intervene.
It took 8 months to get the solution, which cost close to $3,000. Whenever there is an issue that requires Technical Support, it takes forever to get any assistance or solution.
Sales team bad customer service, leaves you hanging, never gets to you, bought my system off someone else
We recommended VCount to a client of ours. The counters have only ever worked intermittently and the after sales service has been appalling. Have currently raised these matters with consumer affairs and ACCC.

After spending $2,500 and waiting over six months, sending several SMS and calling over 10 times and only getting a call back half the time I have still not got a working product. If the product lived up to expectations it would be good, instead its very disappointing.
