Ada Grace is the best cafe in South Melbourne…a hidden gem right near the market - the menu is amazing - even if you’re gluten free! Service is fabulous and we are now regulars. You have to try their blueberry pancakes!

Food was good, awesome selection even for vegetarians. Gopd coffee. The atmosphere and ambience of the place i love. The music in the background must be carefully selected because its subtle but adds to the atmosphere in the perfect way.

Gorgeous cosy Cafe filled with greenery, giving off a relaxing vibe. Service was friendly and the food didn't take too long either. Food was tasty and well presented, but lost a star due to the overcooked poached eggs. Having said that, it's still a place I would still come back to as its just so pretty! The coffee was also nice, so it would be nice to come back on a sunny day to chill out.

Beautiful little cafe tucked in the backstreets of South Melbourne. Staff are always friendly, food and coffee are delicious and it has a beautiful vibe.

We had booked a table for 3 for Father's Day. Upon arrival we were told that we'd have to sit at a large shared table. Even though we could see an empty table that would easily fit the 3 of us. The person that greeted us didn't like it when I said we have a booking and we'll sit at the empty table! So they decided not to take our order, but to take to order of the couple that arrived after us. We got up disgusted and left!
I've been here before with no issue, the food is great.

A lovely cafe with great food in South Melbourne. Just a short walk from South Melbourne market which is very convenient. French toast was pretty good and staffs were friendly. One thing to note is their portions are quite generous, which is a plus.

Delicious food and generous portion. Soy latte to wash it all down. Another lovely brekkie haunt in South Melbourne, yay.

Cute little place with excellent service and friendly and accommodating staff! My friend and I were craving corn fritters and they kindly let us swap out a few things due to allergies / preferences!

The best brunch I've ever had, the vibes in this place are immaculate. The staff are lovely and it's so pretty inside.

I’m a bit inclined to keep this little gem to myself. Tucked in a little side street in South Melbourne this place offers cool vibes, excellent food, lovely coffee, smoothies and juices, all at a reasonable price. Service is lovely, food arrives quickly, menu is varied and well executed. The leek and potato croquettes come accompanied by smoked salmon and cucumber pickle roses, a poached egg and fresh greens. A friend enjoyed her protein bowl. A great find!

Just dropped in for coffee very good.
Serve was great. Guy unit student l suggest. Didn't matter he did a excellent job of making my experience enjoyable.

The customer service was absolutely splendid, we were greeted with a smile, a nice place to sit and just 10/10 service.
I ordered scrambled eggs, something so simple but they made it gourmet level, sourdough toast was perfectly done, scrambled eggs were beautiful and moist and so light with sesame seeds and honey mustard which was also 10/10.
My partner ordered shakshuka which he fell in love with instantly, the toast again was splendid, they had bits of potato on it too which was an incredible touch and the shakshuka itself was impeccable.
We also got a lemongrass and ginger tea which was absolutely refreshing and the presentation was spot on.

Great food, delicious freshly squeezed orange juice and proper knives to cut toast. Definitely will be back!

Such a beautiful little cafe. Great service! Staff were lovely. Food and coffee was super quick and absolutely delicious. Generous portions for a reasonable price.

Stopped for the abundance of lush plants, stayed for the food, coffee, and impeccable service. Walked past Ada Grace by accident on the way to South Melbourne market and was immediately attracted to the greenery that surrounds the quaint little cafe.

We ordered the shakshuka and "oldie but a goodie" which was corn fritters with poached eggs. Very reasonably priced menu and generous portion sizes. I was very impressed with the food, shakshuka can be really hit or miss but they nailed the egg on the head. Then I tried the coffee and the chai! Coffee hit the spot and was the perfect strength level. Great value of money, do pay a visit and sit in the courtyard or stay cool inside

Casey who runs Ada Grace is an absolute hospitality genius. The food here is divine. Well presented, delicious and fresh with top class staff. Lunched Sunday 21/12 for the first time after following her skills in from Pedler Coffee Shop in Noble Park which we visit daily.

Had a lovely experience at Ada Grace! The lady working was absolutely lovely, such a nice spot, pretty outdoor area and the food was delicious! Great sized portions for the price, the smoothie was delicious and presented so beautifully too! The chai was so nice, a full teapot with such a lovely spiced flavour! Definitely recommend this brunch spot to anyone in the area!

The place has delicious food, friendly staff and amazing coffee.
Definitely will come back whenever go to the South Melbourne market.
