I’ve been going here for years now and love it at Almond you are guaranteed really helpful & knowledgeable practitioners plus great customer service.

Dr Richard and his team are some kind of magical. They alone solved in 3 months what 2 years of "unexplained infertility" and western medicine and testing could not. If you struggle with PCOS, poor circulation, lymphatic drainage issues- I HIGHLY I recommend booking an appointment with Dr Richard and his team. I have two healthy baby girls because of Almond Wellness Centre, Ringwood.

If I could give 10 I would. RUBY is just amazing. If you are having fertility issues like myself, she is a miracle worker. Months of seeing an IVF specialist to no avail I thought I'd give a more natural approach a go. So glad I did.
3 months of acupuncture and "yummy" herbal teas, flash forward to now, and I am currently 34 weeks pregnant with our miracle little girl.
I can't recommend her enough. Also the reception staff are just wonderful also. Making an effort to know your name and always being accommodating with bookings.

I had been trying various methods to treat my knee problem for more than a year without satisfactory result. Recently, I visited Ringwood clinic, with a little bit of massage, Ken gave me dry needling treatment. Magically, 2 seconds after needling, feeling of the knee pain and blockage was gone! I strongly recommend Ken’s drying needling and massage.

My inner side of forearm close to the left elbow has been painful for about two months due to injury from training. It has been treated by some other methods but yet to recover. A friend recommended Dr Ken Gao to me, he has analysed my injury thoroughly and come up with the proper treatment plan. I felt better on the first visit. I will continue to see him in coming weeks. Dr Ken Gao was well trained in field of both Chinese and western medicine for pain management. Highly recommended.

Called to ask about consultations and protocols surrounding Covid. The receptionist told me that my son would have to wear a mask if he attended with me (he’s 7) for the entire 1 hour consult. I said that’s unreasonable to expect a child to wear a mask and I was told that her daughter wears one so therefore my son should. She was exceptionally rude. As per government DHHS instructions, children under 12 aren't required a mask. I told her I will look elsewhere.

I have had 3 treatments with Richard Yates using a combination of acupuncture and massage over 2 weeks. I had excruciating neck and shoulder pain from teaching on line. I felt 100% after the first visit and the pain has almost gone completely. He is professional, does not waste time and talked me through the treatment. I am completely confident in his treatments and highly recommend him.

Spent $200+ for herbal medicine and consultation. Although consultation was professional and I followed the dosage recommendations strictly, there was no improvements whatsoever.
I purchased generic pre-made herbal equivalents for about $20 overseas prior and it worked well.
Would like a refund because you guys are professionals and it should be right the first time.

Had my first consultation and treatment today with Dr Leigh. I am beyond grateful I have found this place. She gave me so much usefuk information and helped me relief pregnancy related pain. Very excited to come back again.

This is an excellent center with friendly, professional and knowledgeable clinicians. I've enjoyed excellent results under Dr Zeng's care. I had never tried acupuncture or TCM before but issues that I have struggled with for years have been solved in a matter of weeks. Dr Zeng has a lovely manner and is very quick to put you at ease. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

If ur looking for an excellent remedial massage therapist - I strongly recommend Richard Yates. He really knows the body anatomy, the various trigger & acupuncture points that cause all kinds of “good, relieving” kind of pain when he’s working on me. Its the best relief for my lower back pain and stiff neck and shoulders.

I've gone to Richard Yates for therapeutic massages several times over the last 4 years. I've also witnessed him offer advice on sports injuries in an informal context. His detailed understanding of muscle connections and bonds is combined with excellent massage skill. Richard is a person who cares about being good at what he does and I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Richard Zeng for a facial paralysis problem that I have. When Dr. Zeng told me I would recover I did not believe him at first. He worked miracles and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. A great clinic, from the receptionists (Ting is very freindly and accommodating) to the head doctor, Dr. Richard Zeng. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Friendly and efficient service. I don't have anything to compare it too as it was my first time having accupunture but it was impressed with their professional approach.
