I booked 2 x deep tissue, hot stone massages via Groupon for me and a friend. The person who massaged me was very rough, had long nails that scratched my back and it was clear they didn't know what they were doing. The pressure was way too hard and the pace was very fast – I felt like he was going to push me off the massage table! None of it felt good and I felt stressed the whole time. I left feeling more tense than when I walked in, and will never go back or recommend.

I GIVE THIS REVIEW A 1 STAR. BUT ANYTHING LESS THAN 4 IS HIDDEN FROM PUBLIC VIEW HENCE WHY I CHANGED TO 4. I DONT WANT ANYONE GOING THROUGH MY EXPERIENCE.

The massage from Sam at Almond Wellness made my previous shopping centre massage feel like a day spa. I walked in with pressure in my lower back, spine and shoulders and made it extremely clear I had muscular tension. Sam began to lightly rub the surface of my skin as if he was polishing a car. I asked Sam to please go harder as I felt zero relief - Sam listened for about 2 mins then I had to remind him. Eventually, he asked me to turn over and I chose to write the experience off, however, I quickly changed my mind and asked him to spend remainder of time on my back as I felt nothing. Sam then quickly mastered the art of remedial massage and I felt like I was in the room with another person, mind you 50 mins was already up. Upon completion I asked Sam why didnt you do that from the start and he told me " he doesn't know strength required and he hurt people in past ". I told him he only rubbed the surface (which he did) and then he had the audacity to tell me " his style is different " - I told him he talks buls$%t. Sam did nothing to relax me, I attended this practice based on the fantastic reviews of Richard Zeng and I left un-relaxed. Chris

A few years ago Dr. Richard Zeng was recommended to me as I was suffering from bursitis or frozen shoulder & could not get pain relief elsewhere. Within two visits the pain reduced & movement returned.
With massage, acupuncture & cupping sessions Richard cured my bursitis in a couple of months.
I have treatment regularly for long term back pain issues & I find I walk out of Richards surgery feeling much better. His staff are well trained & very pleasant & the relaxed atmosphere is calming.
