Then more importantly fixed the issue Ms Bianco you're the best.

The only thing Active here is their minds to extract more money out of you.
Almost three months long mid spine back pain problem alluded me to book an appointment here.only to miss the first appointment due to last minute work obligations… booked another appointment next week … filled online form in 5 mins and have a Chiropractor give a single attempt in having back cracked in sitting posture. 10 mins of his time and no major changes felt, session was over and a secondary booking placed in next two days.payment time was slapped with the initial appointment of $99 and $30 for previous cancellation… I cancelled the 2nd appointment.

At least by the bare minimum.charge me with $77 (usual 2nd visit charge) and $30 (cancellation charge)

No real outcome to achieve in a 10 minute session anyway… So waste effort.wasted time.wasted cash, do not recommend

As someone who was scared of the idea of going to a chiropractor and had tried everything else, I cannot recommend Jake highly enough.
Jake is professional, thorough and is the only chiropractor I will see.

The Dr at the active spine centre worked on my spine and has given me pain free mobility. Wonderful.

Jacob Black & the team do a fantastic job. I always walk out the door better than when I walked in. Appointments are short & sharp but genuine results. No string along appointments, come back when you need a tune up.

After waiting all day for my appointment I get told I had digital paperwork to fill out, while filling that out they cancel my appointment so just left in pain and told to reschedule.

Fantastic service, i had a bad back for 20 years seeing chryros, active spine actually fixed me.

A good chiropractic centre. I’ve had appointments at their Nagambie clinic also, and received excellent care at both locations. The staff are skilled, professional and polite. The premises are well located near supermarkets, with ample parking. Inside they are well lit, with pleasant atmospheres. I like the appointment reminders, and flexibility to change an appointment.

For me, It really depends who you see here, I certainly have my favorites. Yvette and Aaron make me feel so welcome and like they really genuinely care.
Where as I have seen 2 other practitioners that just adjusted, and sent me on my way after no more than 15 minutes. While it did the job momentarily I really felt like just a number and money.

Phenomenal work from everyone here honestly could not be happier with the service received 10/10

I had my first treatment on my lower back & my left leg, i hardly bend forward sometimes, went to see Dr black.my pain relief i can comfortably walking n lying down. Very happy will come back again.

Friendly and helpful staff, the whole team were highly professional. Yvette assessed and treated my chronic pain issues, haven't had this kind of relief from anyone else.

Having a manual adjustment can be a daunting task but the team at ASC make you feel calm, relaxed and at ease from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr Jake and his staff. You walk away feeling so much better.

Had shoulder pain on and off for years. With regular visits with DrJake I'm back on the road to recovery. Looking forward to getting back into sports.

I highly recommend Active Spine Centre, Dr Yvette was very thorough when assessing and treating my back and neck pain. I felt better within a day of the adjustment and after a few weeks of regular treatments have felt an immense improvement.
