Active Physiotherapy reviews
7Winnie is fantastic, you can tell she really knows her stuff. Would highly recommend her!
My physiotherapist, Winnie was really very good and I would highly recommend her. I was diagnosed with mild arthritis in my left knee but I was limping because of the inflammation, swelling and pain. After 5 sessions I am feeling almost normal and it's all thanks to her.
I went there for my wrists, I have wrist tendinitis, after initial consultation for 10-15min, they put these electrodes on to increase blood flow to my wrists, then massaged my arms and use ultrasound to increase the blood flow, the session took an hour and cost was $92.
Amanda is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Active Physiotherapy is my number 1 choice for a physio! After searching around to find the right physio with the right amount of care who I felt listened to my needs and gave me the exercises I needed, I stumbled upon Active Physio and haven't turned back! Would highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting!
Reliable, friendly and professional! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!
I saw Matt Kenny.
I never liked that this clinic doesn’t have offices, just one big room like a hospital, with nothing but curtains for ‘privacy. ’
There wasn’t much of an assessment, for the reasons I went.
There isn’t much time with the physiotherapist. At this clinic, they are with you for a bit, then they go off to one or two other patients, then come back to you for a bit, then go off again.
It would have been good to get more out of the appointments. I was just one of the many patients that they see in a busy day.
Looking at this clinic, things such as the walls, furniture, equipment, the place could do with a makeover / replacements.
At the end of my first appointment at this clinic, I was met with rudeness from Anne in admin. Wasn’t off to a great start.
I’ve gone to other physio clinics since, including a public clinic and a private clinic, and they do have offices, they sit with you, ask many questions, write many notes, they are with you the whole time, they spend more time going through things.
At another private clinic, sessions through an EPC Plan have been completely free, but at this clinic, they weren’t free.
