James provided personalised service. He quickly assessed what I needed and brought out exactly the best choice of shoes for me.
His friendly personality makes you feel welcome and comfortable too.

I took my dad in for new runners, Ally was so lovely and patient! Had a great chat with her and we both walked out with new pairs. Ally is such an asset, we’ll definitely be back!:)

Great sevice from Grace, we tried several sizes and colours. We purchased a pair each and Grace has organised a pair of casual shoes to come from another shop to try for size.

I bring my client here for his podiatry appointments. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Whilst waiting for my client’s appointment on a couple of occasions I have browsed their vast display of shoes and other footwear and received great assistance in helping me find the right shoes and also thongs. I absolutely love my Archies and highly recommend these guys!

I've never been comfortable with people treating my toe nails, but Tom was great and made the appointment very comfortable.

I was served by Megan today and she was so knowledgeable and caring. I had a very sore foot due to working long hours wearing inadequate footwear. Megan showed me a wide range of different styles to suit what I needed. I walked out of the Active Feet store today with the most stylish, supportive footwear. I LOVE my shoes!
