Great service as always. Knowledgeable staff who take time to ensure the shoes are the right one for you. I always buy my runners here as a result. I also love the fact that they take your old runners and give them a new life.

Had James serve me for a pair of racing shoes. Cannot thank him enough, his knowledge and expertise of the racing shoes was unbelievable. He was super friendly and even walked me out of the store. Would highly recommend coming to active feet to get a pair of shoes that are properly fitted. No where else has this type of service. FANTASTIC!

Staff was just chatting at back and kept me waiting with no service for 15minutes. The person serving me wasnt any help and didn't know anything about the shoes they were selling. Overall a pretty below average experience. Would recommend sole motive in the city as an alternative or even athletes foot in Mebourne central.

Went to active feet to look for new running shoes as I didn't like the updated version of my old ones. Romy was great - she asked questions to help narrow the selection and was very patient throughout the process.

As good as their products and knowledge can be, it was more of a unique and memorable experience than a completely satisfying one. When a staff member saw my basketball shoes they were referred as “a piece of crap”. Later when asking which shoe size I wear to go and pick a pair for me, I answered 12. This person kind of didn’t believe me, measured my foot with a special device/tool for it. “You’re actually 13 and not 12” was said in a tone that I’d define in between bossy and someone not having a great one. All together. Size 13 was too large. I got size 12. I paid and I left.
I had to do it with a smile better than feeling disrespected or feeling like I was treated in a slightly rude way.
As I mentioned, unique experience. I might come back for another smile some day.
