I found this site via Google and I am very pleased I did.
They had the exact shoes I wanted in a colour I liked and they shipped them free of charge.
They price was better than any I could find anywhere else and delivery was as stated and within a week.
I will definately use these guys again for future shoe purchases.

Went into the Sandringham store today to buy new runners. I have problem feet (arches, bunions, different shoe size on each foot) but I love my walking. Was served by Daniel and he was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and he really knows his stuff. I bought the first pair he showed me. Thank you.

I purchased some runners online. They were the wrong size and fit. I came into the store and Con served me. He was brilliant. He was extremely knowledgeable about shoes and fits. Would definitely recommend to go and see him. Especially if you have specific requirements/fit.

I went yesterday - recommended by my sister. Vedica, who served me, was lovely, explained clearly what was wrong with my current shoes and making my feet hurt. She provided options which were better for my feet. She gently dissuaded me from others I kept picking up. Would recommend.

Just brilliant service. Had a recommendation from my physio to come in here to look at my running shoes. Been running in Kayano's for 15 years - they switched me into Brooks following the analysis of my gait. Road-tested them on Sunday - I wish I had seen them sooner.

Amazing customer service from Lachlan, very knowledgeable about all the stock and helped me find exactly what I was after by measuring my feet and showing me on the treadmill with a video camera attatched how I was walking in the shoes (more stores need this sort of set up). Very patient and incredibly helpful, didn't make me feel rushed and clearly very passionate about the work. Couldn't be happier.

The manager of Active Feet has the worst customer service skills. He is rude to me and an arrogant man. How did he become the manager of this shop. The owner should sack him. The other staff are lovely. He even told me I should go to another shop. All because I told him the shoes were squeaky. That is not a way for him to talk to customer. I hope the owner reads this.
I give him him no dam stars.

Active feet’s service is second to none. Served by an unusually muscular man, who was happy to give me my Cinderella moment. The shoe fits like a dream.

Appalling customer service. Buyer beware- if you buy a product from this store that has a fault or defect they will not give you an exchange or refund, they palm the issue off onto the manufacturer and say they can't do anything until they've heard from them. This is really poor service to customers who buy from them, not the manufacturer and against their responsibility as retailers. My husband bought a pair of shoes from here less than 3 weeks ago and the sole is coming off even though he has only worn them a couple of times for walking. Its very disappointing as we try to support local stores over larger retailers, but experiences like this where consumer rights are ignored make buying from bigger stores a lot more appealing.

Poor service from Sandringham Store. Went in for a fit, didn’t have the shoe I wanted, they offer too order it in for me, I was told a couple of days, well it’s been a month or more, still have not heard from them. No update, nothing. Will not be back.
