Active Feet

Excellent footwear and service. I was served by Owen, who did a fantastic job helping me find suitable footwear for a recent ankle injury. My purchased shoes were very comfortable and supportive, to prevent ankle rolling. Active Feet have a great range of sports, casual and professional shoes for adequate support. Also an interesting experience using the treadmill with hooked up cameras to observe the back of the feet in gait and leanings. I would highly recommend.

I received wonderful customer service from Imani, he was very patient and professional. He found the perfect footwear and fit for me and they are the most comfortable shoes l have ever had!
I’ll be back for more shoes and socks.

I went hiking in Tasmania wearing trail runners recommended and fitted by staff at this store. Magnificent.

I found shoes here online I requested the shoes be sent to the Hawthorne store on Sunday 12 o’clock when I went to the Hawthorne store the lady working there forgot to pick them up so I had to drive another 20 minutes to pick up the shoes. I asked for a price adjustment for my inconvenience it was refused which was disappointing.other then that I’m happy with the shoes. I bought the nimbus 23 all black for my brothers birthday thank you but yes your service could be a bit better

I recently (October) found Active Feet in Camberwell to be extremely helpful with great customer service - that included a genuine smile! They actively listened and I felt they were keen to find the right shoe for me. Robbie

Jess and Rosh assisted our family today in finding the right running shoes! They are very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Really took the time explaining which shoes we should get! Plus Active Feet has great selection of shoes in different sizes! Highly recommended!

Damien was absolutely amazing. I had suggestions from my podiatrist; he still took the time to do the full works with stride test and recommended many potential comfortable options. Absolutely love this small local business!

Damian at Camberwell was fantastic today with every aspect of the service offered. He worked with the various foot complaints that I had and sourced a variety of runners to test out. He was a great listener and clearly knew all the stock extremely well. He was veeeery patient and pleasant whilst keeping a watchful eye on new customers. My new Saucony are the winning shoe!

My old man once bought a pair of New Balance 990s in NYC. Best shoes he's ever owned. As a wide fit they always seem to be in short supply in Aus, but I periodically check different online retailers to see if any have restocked. Being from Sydney, I have not visited an Active Feet store, but when they appeared to have my dad's exact size and width configuration at their online store, it felt too good to be true so I decided to use the chat feature to ask about the stock. Unsurprisingly, I was told that the stock was spoken for and the listing to be removed from the website (and my wild goose chase to continue!). A moment later, a representative suggested I sit tight, after which I was told that the shoes had been on hold for another customer, who no longer wanted them. The listing was re-instated on the website, and I was able to checkout without issue. I believe it may have been the Camberwell store who assisted me in this case, but whoever it was, thank you, you are awesome. I received a level of service that seems to be increasingly rare, and look forward to dealing with Active Feet again down the line. Cheers guys n gals.

I was completely blown away by the professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge and thoroughness of the staff at Camberwell. They even sent an email to my physiotherapist detailing their assessment and recommendation. Most importantly, I was correctly fitted with a shoe and that has not been the case in these last many years. Hand on heart, thank you.

I ordered a pair of Vaporflys online and they arrived by post very promptly. After a couple of runs there was abnormal deterioration on the sole outside of usual wear and tear. After getting in contact with Active Feet via email and attaching photos they were quick to respond and offer a full refund. Thanks Mia! Great customer service and I will continue to shop there.

Had a lovely experience with the lady who works there today, she was very understanding and attentive. She has a fantastic knowledge of feet issues and helped me find the best shoes for my feet. Would return again! I just wish I came here sooner

Simply the best sporting/exercise shoe store in Melbourne. If you care about your feet, legs, knees, consult the experts here!
The staff are excellent, all podiatrist, students or have similar expertise. Staff time with me was unmatched, at least 30 minutes one-on-one time to figure out my gait and shape of my foot, and match that to the right pair of shoes.
I first found Active Feet 15+ years ago, I have visited other street wear stores for casual 'skate' shoes. I found them to be unsupportive, the staff and the shoes:) Always walked away and went back to Active Feet for some proper supportive shoes.
