Dylan has helped me recover from many injuries. Most recently she was instrumental in helping me recover from a forearm strain that was severely impacting my quality of life. Top notch establishment.

After hurting my shoulder at work my doctor referred me to Action Rehab, and it's the best thing for my recovery. From Sam doing the soft tissue work, and moving on to Pilates with Dylan and Julie, my frozen shoulder got its mobility and strength back. It's not 100% healed, but I'm back at work and living my best life.
I followed their work plan, and now I actually have a 6 pack and I'm in the best shape of my life. I can't recommend them highly enough. I love Action Rehab.
