We engaged these cowboys to build a dam. They dug a hole that doesn't hold water. After a year of Sam promising to look at it I contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria who advised they are absolutely responsible for correcting this. I consulted an expert in the field who diagnosed the problem over the phone and confirmed the mistakes made prove these guys don't know what they're doing. Now we have to pursue legal action because Sam abused me and is now ignoring me. Nice to your face to win your business. No skill, care or responsibility for the hack job.
