14 First time here, Horrible customer service! There were 2 women working and they were currently working on clients, I was ignored as soon as I walked in. Sat there for 15 mins without being noticed. Another girl walked in and was greeted immediately. Total BS.
I decided to stay local and this is how you treat locals? I will continue to get my nails done elsewhere. Will NOT go there again or recommend.
They are amazing and I recommond them they look after u good and there nails last weeks it's very nice place and nice staff x
Really poor service with patchy mail polish. The lady didn't speak to me but was happy enough to speak to another customer that was waiting to greet her nails done. Definitely won't be going back.
Sns Nails done 9: 30am 23/12/17 chipped by 26/12/17 11am. I have sns regularly at another salon and have never had a problem before

First time here, I read reviews on here and their customer service was great, so accommodating, Tina was fantastic and gave me good advice, I love my nails and will be going back again. Once you find someone who does your nails the way you love then stick with them!

Excellence service my first visit was on Monday the 16th November my family was going on a cruise. They fitted 3 daughters and myself in for manicure and pedicure.i had the worst feet that now look beautiful we are all happy.my second visit was a walk in today had my manicure done in 15 minutes and there salon was really full. My third visit is a booked in pedicure for Friday would recommend to anyone
Great nails but they arent always open during there open hours? Waiting out front for 20 minutes now was meant to open at 9
They had bad customer service and was really bad. I had the worst experience in my life and I would not recommend you to attend the shop at all. So yeah!
Had Acrylic nails, Abrupt service, told me to head to Kmart for the 'nude' colour I needed: -/ then when finished I unfortunately slipped in wet weather outside, headed back in asking for assistance & fix up. I was ignored by staff, a customer waiting helped me out.thanks to her!

Would not go back there, nails where ok but staff very rude, a customer came in to complain about her nails she had done a few days ago and she was basically told to leave and don't come back. I was having my nails done and the girl hurt me so I pulled away, she and the girl started to talk and laugh about me in there own language, I felt very uncomfortable, I will not be spending my hard earned money there again!
Staff were abrupt and definitely not welcome. Poor customer service! I had the mother do my pedi and she did do a good job for most part but not once spoke or looked at me, she simply tapped or pointed and when my feet tickled and I flinched she seemed annoyed and I said sorry I'm ticklish and she stopped doing it all together so I didn't get the full service. Also the other lady working was speaking to a customer who'd just entered and was very rude speaking to her simply because the colour chart numbers were wrong so not the customers fault at all. It was just me and the other lady in the salon the entire time, not busy what so ever so no excuse.
