Absolutely fantastic staff from the ladies in the office to the carers that spend time with mum. All of them are very understanding and go out of their way to work with us for the best care solution. Very quick to help sort any problems or queries that arise. We are able to keep mum at home and I don't need to worry about her being alone. They really have become an extension of our family. Thank you!

Acquaint makes caring for an ailing loved one at home stress free. It is now possible to maintain a level of independence, including such things as being able to shop and make appointments. The security and comfort of being able to remain in familiar surroundings is immense. Reassuring communication and no issues. Highly recommended.

The service and personal care the carers from Acquaint have found to assist and support my father to lead a better quality of life at home. All of the individual carers have been just wonderful, and we are so appreciative of all they do. Dad appreciates having their assistance too. My family spent a long time researching the right company to look after mum. Most we called were not great. When we found Acquaint we knew from the very first minute we spoke to the girls that these people just “got it”. The staff we have during the day keep mum safe but entertained in the way she is used to and the overnight staff are really respectful of mums routines and her privacy. The perfect combination as she likes things “just so”.

We needed help with our 96 year old mother living at home but being cared for full time by us. It was not easy as our mother had complex needs as well as speaking Italian with very limited English. Annette helped us source the most amazing carer to offer us respite. Both Annette and the carer were warm, competent and caring and the app helped us communicate and schedule freely.
