I hired them to fix up a bad service by another provider and the difference between professionalism, care, skill, detail and friendliness was above expectations. These are the people you need to call if you're in a bad situation like myself or want to avoid being ripped off by other services who fail to deliver on "bond back guarantees. During the covid lock-down situation, they helped to handover the keys to agent which was really appreciable. I would recommend his service to anyone. No regrets at all!

Appointed these guys after recommendation from property manager. As the property had mould and carpet had stains, i thought we may have to get them replaced, as the steam cleaning company we normally use, they were not able to remove the stains. After these guys did an end of lease cleaning there was no trace of mould and surprisingly carpets were pretty clean too, More than happy to recommend you guys as we got our full bond back.

Most reliable cleaning company helped us to get our full bond back owner pointed out few unreasonable cleaning issues but the team happily agreed to re-visit on same day. These guys were recommended by my partner and i surely will recommend them.

I recently required an end of lease cleaning with the ACL team. I was personally very happy with the job but the agent was holding bond due to a couple of small issues e.g a couple of hairs on floor and a scuff mark on the wall. I contacted ACL and true to their word they arranged to collect keys from agent to rectify the outlined concerns. I have since received my bond and would not hesitate to use them again

ACL Cleaning did a good job with an End of Lease cleaning for my rented property recently. The kitchen, specifically, was cleaned properly. Plus, their bond return guarantee puts my mind at ease into booking the cleaning service with them. Unfortunately, the reason I did not give them a 5* rating is because they almost gave me an anxiety attack, due to them not managing customer's expectation well. The cleaning job was completed behind schedule.

Overall, I will probably contact them again in the future for any cleaning job if the deadline is not tight.

Very friendly service and they did an immaculate job of cleaning my apartment. Not that expensive either for the service they provide! Absolutely great!

ACL Cleaning did a fantastic job of my end-of-lease clean. Had a terrible landlord who tried to make it really difficult for us to get our bond returned (asking for an unreasonable level of cleanliness in a shower with cheap, low quality grouting and silicon), and Naz was very patient and helpful with the agency, and very responsive with me until the issue was resolved two weeks later - when the landlord more-or-less admitted their own error.

I had a quick look around the place after ACL completed the clean, and it was immaculate. Thanks again - highly recommended!

ACL cleaning was the recommended company from my real estate so I hired them despite being more expensive than my regular company. They arrived late and they could not finished the job on the day so I had to leave the keys of the property with them so they could finish the next day. I was not available on that second day so I could not complete the final inspection of the property which is not ideal. They offer bond back guarantee so I hope it's OK when the real estate inspect the property. I will update this review once I receive feedback form the final inspection.

Great customer service & great job! Everything was spotless in my move-out clean and they even removed some marks on the carpets that I thought were stains. Also a good value: they were cheaper than the other places recommended by my property manager. Finally, they were very flexible in picking up and dropping off the keys to the flat. Highly recommended.

Exceptional job. I used ACL for end of lease cleaning and they left the apartment immaculate. They're inexpensive and they kept me updated on their arrival time. Too easy.

If you don't mind having to follow up and the cleaners arriving 4.5 hours late, then for sure, hire these guys. The clean was fine, we are quite happy with the carpet and couch they cleaned for us, however.

When I first booked there was some back and forth over the time, and we agreed 11: 30. Then I few days before I had to follow up to confirm the appointment. On the day, we got told it would be 12: 15, then between 2-3. When my flat mate, who had been waiting since 11: 30 at home, called me at 3: 45 asking if I had heard anything I was furious. I had not been informed of yet ANOTHER delay. Nobody seemed bothered, nobody seemed to think 4.5 hours after the original booking was an issue. In addition, water was left everywhere, there was no offer to clean that up. Due to their lateness, we did that ourselves to get them out!

These guys should get someone to do their scheduling and to communicate effectively with clients. Based on the clean an cost, I would get them again, based on the communication and punctuality I would run for the hills.
