Pat was honest and ethical and didn’t take us for a ride. In fact, we felt he acts in the best interest of his customers by advising alternative professionals to help that can get the job done cheaper or with the desired skill set/licensing. Eg I actually needed a bathroom plumber for the garage ceiling leak and a handy man for the downpipe job. Pat didn’t try to take on the job for the sake of charging $$$ like so many others would. He also didn’t charge us for helping diagnose the problems. We really appreciated his timeliness (anrrived when he said he would) and honesty. Will definitely use Pat for external plumbing issues going forward.
