10No signage to indicate it is Ace Parking. Small and full. I found free street parking close to the cruise ship.
Well priced especially if you cruising from station pier i suggest drop all luggage off and then go park its a quick walk to the pier
I accidentally overcharged myself at the machine. I could stay til Sunday morning if I want! Other than that I found a space and it was easy to get in and out of… all I really need from a car park I guess.
Never had any trouble with parking there and have they still got someone who washes the car, at a cost.
Parking is secure and I only use when I take a cruise from the cruise terminal. I left it for 7 days and had no issues.
From Friday night until Monday morning, it only cost me a little over $30, which, in Melbourne, feels like a steal for me.
The ticket machine is a bit slow and makes you think nothing is happening, but it just takes a while to read your card. It doesn't say anything different until it is charging your card.
When I came back, my car was in the exact same condition as to when I left it. So it was a good experience overall.
The ticket machine does not work properly, takes about 5 minutes to try and sort it out, got charged on credit card yet it did not print me a parking ticket
I recommend this place for long term parking when on cruises leaving from station pier. But beware can fill up quickly so make sure you get there early

I used Ace parking this week while we went on a 4 day cruise. I had trouble using the ticket machine as it was in a dark corner and hard to read the flashing screen. Admittedly my eyesight is not great but the machine is fairly old technology and not user friendly. It only takes credit card and coin, no bank notes. So for any more than a few hours a credit card is a must.
I ended up paying for a week more than I needed and was quite distressed. Fortunately I had time to spare and phoned the fault line straight away. "'Fred" was wonderful and patient and gave me an email to contact with the details. A full credit was made to my card within 24 hours.
Thank you for your honest and prompt attention to my dilemma but please update your ticket machine.
