One of the best service you can get. Bit pricey but the service is exceptional especially if you don't have time to book your car in for service on weekdays. Osman did a great job informing all the things that I don't know about parts and diagnosing the car.

Osman conducted a remote pre- buy inspection for me. Total cost was $329 but well worth it to have peace of mind. Myself and the seller didn't need to be present either which was great as I am currently time poor.
He was honest and advised of the possible difficulties with getting parts for the imported car I wanted to purchase. As well as the costs associated with a major service required and possible battery change. He also advised places I can source certain parts and services. He was direct and positive. Thank you for your help Osman!

Osman came in time to fix my car and from there he checked and explained every details on what’s happening with car. Osman is very corteous and very professional in dealing with customer, it made me feel relaxed. What a fantastic experience. Thanks Osman, great job.

Thank you Ace Mechanics & Ashley. Even with inclement weather, Ashley persisted and got the whole service done. The shock absorbers on my vehicle had failed and Ashley replaced them with superior ones to the stock standard ones. He also decarbonised the intake. My vehicle now runs and rides much better than before.

Very prompt service. Company rep was lovely. Unfortunately I was quoted $2800 for the work on my car. I'm getting the exact same work completed, elsewhere for $1000. So they clearly try to rip people off. $1800 is a huge difference in price, for the exact same work, especially for a single mother. So although they were prompt and polite, they certainly over charge. Shop around, it certainly pays off. I would not recommend this company or service.

Ethan serviced my Hyundai i30 last week. He did a fantastic job, and was very helpful when I had questions - would definitely get him to service my car again!

I booked my car in to this establishment for a roadworthy inspection and was told that the inspection would take up to 48 hours to complete dropped the car off about 9am and was told they would call me when the inspection was complete
Had not heard anything so i called up half way through day 2 to see how things were going the receptionist told me the car had not been looked at yet and she did not know when it would be attended too i then told her i need the car back that day as i was to up to 48 hours and it would be done.i was then lectured by the receptionist and told that's not how it works she mentioned the car may fail the inspection and need further work which was fine with me i just need the inspection completed only

After some more lecturing she agreed to call me between 3-4pm that day regardless of whether the inspection was done or not
not suprisingly - no call came

Ended up going down there to find that they had basically parked the car somewhere else where it simply sat for 2 days what a waste of my time and added inconvenience for me they gave me the keys no apologies either and that was it.

To key things these guys need to learn
1.if you cant do the job in the timeframe given - don't book the car in
2. Learn how to apologise to your customers when you have misled & inconvenienced them

Adrian was fantastic and very knowledgeable about my VW Polo, he let me know what was going on every step. Locating the problem, sourcing the parts needed and repairing my car. Now my car is running like new. Awesome service and highly recommend Ace Mechanics. Will definitely be using them again for my next service.

We booked for a vehicle inspection. After the inspection we received the report and a phone call from the mechanic. Lucky for us that we had an inspection as the car had some issues so we didn’t buy it. The mechanic was very helpful and explained the issues so I could understand. I would definitely be a returning customer.

This place is dodgy receptionist is rude and a liar not informative just tells you I can’t tell you anything now. Car only in for a RWC still was not looked at on the 2nd day very bad service would not recommend

My partner had used Ace Mechanics and recommended myself to use them. Ethan who came was great. Highly recommend.

From the time the technician arrived I was well greeted however he quickly changed his attitude to rude and disgruntled. Took my money without even diagnosing my car for more than 10 minutes. Eventually just gave up made me pay. Tried contacting thier head office who have now blocked my number without a resolution to the situation. Don't get involved with this shady business.

The guys from Ace were able to fit me in quickly, coming to my rescue after a horrible experience. Great service from Nick in the office, and Adrian the mechanic who came out to my car. Thanks so much. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.

After being stuffed around buy my normal mechanic for 3 days i gave these guys call and they came out same day to sus out what my van needed. Came back the following morning to start and complete the job. Veey professional and friendly. Punctual and clear with all information. I wil definitely be using these guys again. Highly recommend

Super genuine customer service, helped me with sourcing parts that other places had trouble finding.

The service was first class. I received a call within 30 minutes of booking to take more details and got the opportunity to get same day service. Jeff called to let me know when he was coming and said when to expect him. He was friendly, efficient and informative about what he was doing. He correctly diagnosed the issue and was done in 1 hour.
